THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills

A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or related field (or equivalent leadership experience), 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, a proven track record of driving results through employee development, and experience within firearms, sporting goods, outdoor, specialty, or similar industries are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RETAIL SALES MANAGER

This is a full-time position with varying shifts scheduled within business hours, requiring Saturday and Sunday availability, with weekends a regular part of the schedule.

In this role, you'll oversee White Birch Armory's sales floor and foster a high-performance culture through coaching and leadership. Your responsibilities will include mentoring staff, reviewing sales metrics, developing revenue strategies, supporting hiring initiatives, collaborating on company objectives, resolving operational issues, and ensuring an active presence on the floor. Your leadership will enhance customer experiences while driving team success and business growth.
