Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products, recommend the best solutions, and create an outstanding shopping experience. Success in this role comes from providing excellent customer service while consistently achieving individual and store sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service during every customer interaction.
• Learn and maintain expert knowledge of our products and promotions.
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs and confidently upsell complementary items.
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and merchandising.
• Execute daily operational tasks and management priorities.
• Promote sales, giveaways, and in-store events.
• Build lasting relationships with customers that encourage repeat business.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
• Contribute ideas that improve sales, merchandising, and the overall customer experience.
