Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout the club including:
- Group fitness classes
- Personal training sessions
- Member experiences
- Club events and workshops
- Wellness and recovery spaces
- Facility updates and amenities
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook content that aligns with WAC brand standards
- Schedule content through Buffer in accordance with the monthly content calendar
- Assist in creating:
- Reels
- Instagram Stories
- Carousel posts
- Motivational and educational content
- Collaborate with club leadership, trainers, and instructors to highlight programs and community engagement
- Ensure content remains professional, welcoming, informative, and community-oriented
- Help maintain balanced representation of all WAC locations and services
- Attend occasional club events or special programs for content coverage
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Strong photography and video skills using a smartphone
- Basic editing skills with CapCut
- Understanding of social media trends while maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and stay organized with deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement preferred
- Comfortable interacting with members and staff in a professional manner
Preferred Skills
- Experience shooting and editing vertical video content
- Knowledge of social media best practices and engagement strategies
