Job Requirements:

· Experience must be with a self-performing mechanical/plumbing contractor, with a demonstrated ability to manage overall labor efforts.

· The candidate must have 5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial and institutional construction, with a strong background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems.

· Past project experience should include projects exceeding $5 million.

· Fully capable of managing project controls, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety throughout project execution.

· Must possess strong problem-solving skills and be thoroughly familiar with mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation.

· Demonstrated experience in industrial and institutional mechanical construction is required.

Certifications:

· OSHA 30-hour certification required prior to start date (training may be provided by the employer at no cost).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
