Field Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple offices and geographic regions. This is an office-based role responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with leadership, and ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting recruiting activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple offices and regions, from job posting through offer acceptance
- Post, monitor, and manage job openings on platforms such as Indeed and other sourcing channels
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to build strong talent pipelines
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders
- Track candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting metrics using Excel
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date recruiting records and documentation
- Support internal candidates throughout the hiring and offer process
- Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and staffing needs to leadership on a regular basis
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including tracking, reporting, and basic formulas
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting for multiple locations is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
