The ideal candidate has trial and arbitration experience.
Discovery Expertise: Experience with creating a discovery plan, executing on discovery, diligent meet and confer follow-up, and filing of discovery motions, taking and defending all types of witness depositions, experience with ESI discovery, and use of e-Discovery platforms. Ready to be a part of a litigation team that takes a disciplined approach to discovery.
Advocacy: Advocate for the rights of victims and families in wrongful death and elder neglect, and abuse cases.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication and rapport with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases, explaining legal processes, understanding their harms and losses to develop their damages work-up, and addressing their concerns.
