What will I do as a Shift Lead?
- Greeting each customer with a friendly greeting, and warm smile.
- Serving guests the food of their choice on the line.
- Answering any and all questions the guest may have of the menu.
- Provide every customer with an amazing experience to bring them back over and over, and coaching those on your shift to do the same
- Over seeing and helping to clean the line, lobby , and entire kitchen area to maintain a clean, safe, and organized place to work and serve every customer.
- Work as a team to accomplish all tasks given.
- Helping to open or close the restaurant.
- Responsible for counting and recording money on your shift
- Responsible for completing checklists assigned to you
- Making sure all team members stay on task
