The Sales Operations Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support to leadership and teams, helping ensure the successful execution of business priorities and day-to-day operations. This role manages onboarding activities, reporting, communications, meetings, events, and organizational resources while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Leadership, Administrative, and Project Coordination
Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership, providing administrative, organizational, and project coordination support to facilitate the successful execution of business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Manage departmental planning and coordination activities, ensuring key initiatives, deliverables, deadlines, and action items are organized, tracked, and completed within established timelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, information sharing, and issue resolution, helping drive alignment and operational effectiveness across departments.
Meetings, Events, and Logistics
Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, workshops, All-Hands meetings, and team events, including scheduling, agenda development, meeting materials, logistics, note-taking, and follow-up communication.
Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and business activities, including venue coordination, travel arrangements, catering, equipment management, and resource planning.
Onboarding, Systems, and Team Resources
Support employee onboarding processes, including system access requests, account provisioning, resource distribution, and coordination with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Administer and maintain team collaboration platforms and resources, ensuring content, permissions, documentation, and organizational information remain accurate and up to date.
Reporting, Communications, and Documentation
Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, including recurring leadership and supervisor support reporting.
Develop and maintain business communications, presentations, training materials, and operational documentation that support organizational objectives and employee success.
Programs and Organizational Initiatives
Coordinate special programs and organizational initiatives, including leadership podcasts, guest speakers, advisory boards, leadership development programs, and employee activities.
Other Duties
Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Five (5) or more years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, business operations, project coordination, executive support, or a related operational support role.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, meetings, and deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, or business communications for leaders and teams.
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and exercise sound judgment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Advanced computer competency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience providing administrative, operational, or project coordination support.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience coordinating meetings, events, onboarding activities, or business programs.
Experience with data reporting, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar business tools preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
