Frame your resume around client-facing delivery
Aditi Consulting staffs Operations Consultants on client site engagements, so hiring managers want evidence of project execution and stakeholder management, not just internal process work. Tailor your resume to reflect measurable outcomes from consulting or client delivery contexts.
Confirm OPT STEM extension eligibility before applying
If you're on F-1 OPT, verify that your degree program qualifies for the 24-month STEM extension. Aditi sponsors across multiple visa types, so arriving at an offer knowing your authorized period buys you leverage in timing the H-1B petition conversation.
Target Aditi's workforce solutions and managed services openings
Aditi's Operations Consultant postings skew toward workforce solutions and staffing operations support. Filtering your search to those practice areas improves match quality and gets your application in front of recruiters who regularly handle sponsored candidates for this function.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active Operations Consultant roles
Sponsorship-eligible openings at staffing firms fill quickly and don't always surface on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter Aditi Consulting's current Operations Consultant listings by visa type so you're applying to verified sponsorship-active requisitions, not stale postings.
Ask about LCA filing timing before accepting an offer
Aditi must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting your H-1B petition to USCIS. Ask your recruiter when they plan to initiate LCA certification so you can align your start date to realistic processing timelines and avoid a gap in work authorization.
Clarify TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
Operations Consultant roles at Aditi may qualify under the TN visa's management consultant category, which doesn't require a lottery or lengthy USCIS adjudication. Confirm with your recruiter whether the specific role description aligns with DOL's management consultant criteria before your offer is finalized.

Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Operations Consultants?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Operations Consultant roles. As a staffing and workforce solutions firm, Aditi has established processes for petitioning on behalf of candidates in this function. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, sponsorship depends on lottery selection in April, so confirm the timing with your recruiter well before any anticipated start date.
How do I apply for Operations Consultant jobs at Aditi Consulting?
You can find and apply for Operations Consultant openings at Aditi Consulting through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you're applying to active, verified listings. When you reach a recruiter, be upfront about your visa status and intended sponsorship pathway early in the conversation to avoid misalignment later in the process.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting commonly use for Operations Consultants?
Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Operations Consultant roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are most common for candidates early in their careers, while H-1B is the primary path to longer-term authorization. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals if the role qualifies under the management consultant category.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for Operations Consultant roles?
Aditi typically hires Operations Consultants with a bachelor's degree in business, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in process improvement, project coordination, or workforce operations. Client-facing or staffing industry experience is a strong differentiator. For H-1B eligibility, the role must qualify as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at Aditi Consulting?
For F-1 OPT and CPT, authorization is already in place and Aditi can onboard you without additional USCIS filings. For H-1B, DOL LCA certification typically takes one to three weeks, followed by USCIS adjudication that can range from a few months to over six months depending on whether premium processing is used. TN status for Canadians can often be obtained at the port of entry on the day of travel.
