Summary

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoice processing, verifying receipt of goods and services, and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system. You will also support supplier interactions, ensuring timely payments and strong vendor relationships. This position is critical to maintaining uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Invoice Processing & Accounts Payable Support
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including verifying receipt of goods/services, performing 3-way match (PO, invoice, receipt), and entering invoices into the ERP system with high accuracy.
- Validate quantities, pricing, and invoice details.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and account balances.
- Prepare and process payment runs (check, ACH, wire) in line with payment terms.

• Monthly Accounting Activities
• Support month-end close activities.

• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.

• Record Maintenance

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements.

• Office & Administrative Support

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.

• Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with accounting, supply chain, and internal stakeholders.

• Independently manage daily responsibilities while ensuring alignment across teams.

• Compliance & Internal Controls

• Adhere to internal control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and financial regulations.

Qualifications

- 5-7 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Adobe tools.
- High accuracy and speed in data entry.
- Experience with invoice processing, 3-way matching, and reconciliations.
- Experience with QAD / MFGPro ERP system.

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
