Frame your resume around client delivery
Aditi Consulting staffs Business Consultants on client-facing engagements, so your resume needs to show project outcomes and stakeholder impact, not just job duties. Recruiters screening for sponsorship eligibility want proof you can hit the ground running on a client site.
Clarify your OPT or CPT timeline upfront
Staffing firms move fast on placements, so tell your recruiter your exact authorization end date in the first conversation. F-1 OPT gives you up to 12 months of work authorization, with a 24-month STEM extension if your role qualifies, and Aditi needs to plan the H-1B filing around that window.
Target roles aligned with your degree field
H-1B approval for a Business Consultant title at a staffing firm requires USCIS to confirm the role is a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree. A business, management, or finance degree directly supporting the posted job description gives your petition the clearest path through adjudication.
Confirm the client site before your petition files
Aditi places consultants at third-party client locations, which means your H-1B petition needs to include a valid itinerary or client work order. Ask your recruiter whether the end client placement is confirmed before USCIS filing, because a petition without a worksite assignment is a common RFE trigger for staffing employers.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Business Consultant roles
Aditi Consulting posts Business Consultant openings regularly across staffing and workforce engagements. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles at Aditi that match your visa type, so you're applying to positions the company is actively filling and sponsoring right now.
Verify E-Verify enrollment before accepting an offer
Because Aditi staffs workers at client sites, confirm the entity extending your offer is E-Verify enrolled before you sign. DOL and USCIS require employer E-Verify participation for certain visa categories, and a staffing firm operating through multiple legal entities can create compliance gaps that delay or invalidate your work authorization.

Find Business Consultant at Aditi Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Business Consultants?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Business Consultant roles. As a staffing and recruiting firm, Aditi regularly files H-1B petitions for consultants placed on client engagements. Because placements are at third-party client sites, your petition will need to document the worksite location and project scope, which is standard practice for consulting-model H-1B filings.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting commonly use for Business Consultant roles?
Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Business Consultant positions. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B is the primary long-term sponsorship path. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or management analyst roles that meet USMCA criteria.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for Business Consultant roles?
Aditi Consulting typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field. For H-1B sponsorship, the degree must directly relate to the consultant role to satisfy USCIS specialty occupation requirements. Client-facing experience, project delivery skills, and familiarity with staffing or workforce solutions engagements strengthen your profile significantly.
How do I apply for Business Consultant jobs at Aditi Consulting?
You can browse and apply for Business Consultant openings at Aditi Consulting through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by employer and visa sponsorship type so you're only seeing positions Aditi is actively hiring and sponsoring for. When you apply, clearly state your visa status and authorization timeline in your initial outreach, as Aditi's recruiters need that information to match you to the right client engagement and plan any required filings.
How do I understand the timeline from job offer to starting work at Aditi Consulting?
If you're on F-1 OPT, you can typically start work as soon as your EAD is valid and the offer is signed. For H-1B sponsorship, standard USCIS processing takes three to six months, and your start date must align with the fiscal year cap on October 1. Premium processing can reduce the USCIS adjudication window to roughly two to three weeks, but the April lottery registration deadline is fixed and cannot be expedited.
