Align your degree to client-facing roles
Consulting Analyst positions at Aditi typically require a degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field. Before applying, confirm your transcript reflects coursework that maps directly to the engagement type, since staffing firms face scrutiny on specialty occupation classification during H-1B filing.
Target Aditi's active client verticals first
Aditi places Consulting Analysts predominantly in technology and professional services engagements. Search open roles filtered by those verticals and prioritize postings where the client industry aligns with your prior project experience, which strengthens the employer's LCA and H-1B petition narrative.
Ask about end-client assignment details early
Staffing firms must document the specific worksite and job duties for each consulting placement when filing with DOL. Ask your recruiter at the offer stage which client site you'd be assigned to and confirm the role description matches your background before the LCA is submitted.
Use Migrate Mate to surface live openings
Consulting Analyst roles at Aditi open and fill quickly across client cycles. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Aditi's active sponsorship-eligible postings and set alerts so you're applying within the first week a role goes live, before requisitions close.
Time your OPT application window carefully
If you're on F-1 OPT, Aditi can onboard you directly, but your start date must fall within your authorized OPT period. USCIS requires your EAD to be valid before you begin work, so coordinate your application timeline with Aditi's onboarding process to avoid any gap.
Clarify cap-subject status before accepting an offer
Not all H-1B filings through staffing firms are cap-exempt. If you haven't been counted against the H-1B cap before, confirm with Aditi's immigration team whether your placement qualifies for any cap-exempt arrangement or whether you'll need to enter the April lottery cycle.

Find Consulting Analyst at Aditi Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Consulting Analysts?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Consulting Analyst roles. As a staffing and recruiting firm, Aditi has an established immigration process for placing analysts on client engagements. The H-1B sponsorship is tied to a specific client assignment, so the role description, worksite, and prevailing wage all need to be documented before USCIS filing can proceed.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting commonly use for Consulting Analyst roles?
Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Consulting Analyst positions. F-1 OPT is commonly used for recent graduates entering consulting directly. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. H-1B and H-1B1 are the primary long-term work authorization pathways for ongoing placements.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for Consulting Analyst positions?
Aditi typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree must align with the specialty occupation standard USCIS applies to H-1B petitions. Prior project experience in technology delivery, business analysis, or client-facing consulting strengthens both your candidacy and the sponsorship petition.
How do I apply for Consulting Analyst jobs at Aditi Consulting?
You can browse and apply for Consulting Analyst roles at Aditi Consulting through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for visa-sponsorship-eligible positions. Roles at Aditi often map to active client engagements, so apply promptly when a posting appears. Have your resume tailored to the specific domain listed in the job description, since Aditi matches analysts to client verticals.
How do I understand the timeline from application to visa sponsorship at Aditi Consulting?
For F-1 OPT hires, onboarding can move quickly once an offer is extended, provided your EAD is valid. For H-1B sponsorship, timing depends on the April lottery cycle. USCIS begins accepting H-1B petitions in early April for an October 1 start date. If you're cap-subject, plan for a gap between your offer and your authorized start date and confirm the timeline with Aditi's HR team at the offer stage.
