Align your resume to client-facing deliverables
Aditi staffs Consultants into client engagements, so hiring managers evaluate your resume against specific project needs. Frame your experience around measurable outcomes and industries you've served, not just internal responsibilities.
Target Aditi's active openings through Migrate Mate
Aditi Consulting regularly posts Consultant roles with sponsorship support. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for those openings so you're not sifting through listings where visa sponsorship is ambiguous or excluded.
Understand how TN fits staffing engagements
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status in Consultant roles if the position aligns with a qualifying USMCA category. Aditi sponsors TN, so confirm the job description maps to a recognized TN occupation before your interview.
Confirm the LCA wage tier matches your offer
For H-1B placements, DOL requires the employer to file a Labor Condition Application certifying your wage meets the prevailing rate for the role and location. Ask your Aditi recruiter which wage level the LCA reflects before accepting an offer.
Build a credential file before the offer stage
Consulting roles at Aditi often move quickly from interview to placement. Have your degree certificates, transcripts, and prior visa approval notices organized in advance so USCIS petition prep doesn't delay your project start date.

Find Consultant at Aditi Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Consultants?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Consultant roles and has a documented history of doing so across staffing and project-based engagements. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, timing matters, since USCIS accepts cap-subject petitions once per year with an April 1 filing window. Aditi's recruiting team can walk you through the sequence relative to your project start date.
How do I apply for Consultant jobs at Aditi Consulting?
You can browse and apply for Consultant openings at Aditi Consulting through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles with visa sponsorship so you're not guessing about eligibility. When you apply, be upfront about your current visa status and authorization timeline. Aditi's recruiters are experienced with sponsored placements, so early transparency about your situation helps them match you to the right engagement.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting use for Consultant roles?
Aditi Consulting supports H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for Consultant positions. H-1B is the most common path for long-term work authorization, while F-1 OPT and CPT work well for candidates already in the U.S. on student status. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals if the Consultant role qualifies under a USMCA occupation category.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for sponsored Consultant roles?
Most Consultant roles at Aditi require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering, since H-1B classification depends on the position qualifying as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Beyond credentials, Aditi focuses on client-delivery experience. Expect to demonstrate specific project outcomes, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a staffing or consulting engagement model.
How do I time my H-1B filing if I'm on OPT and interviewing with Aditi?
If your OPT expires before October 1 and you're cap-subject, you'll need a timely H-1B registration in March plus a cap-gap bridge to stay authorized through the transition. USCIS allows F-1 students with a pending or approved cap-subject H-1B petition to continue working under cap-gap provisions. Coordinate your offer timeline with Aditi's team early so the registration and petition filings align with your authorization window.
