Job Roles at AirWorks Solutions Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in AirWorks Solutions Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical and engineering roles first
AirWorks Solutions tends to sponsor visa holders in specialized technical positions tied to construction and real estate projects. Focus your applications on roles requiring a relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field to align with their sponsorship history.
Understand the H-1B timeline before applying
AirWorks Solutions sponsors H-1B visas, which are tied to the annual lottery. Applications must be submitted in April for an October start, so begin conversations with the company at least six months before you need work authorization.
Leverage OPT and CPT to get your foot in the door
AirWorks Solutions sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, which means internships and post-graduation roles can be a practical entry point. Converting an OPT role into a full H-1B sponsorship is a common path at companies with an established sponsorship track record.
Tailor your resume to construction and real estate workflows
Hiring managers in this industry look for familiarity with project delivery, BIM tools, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrating sector-specific expertise signals you can contribute immediately, which strengthens your case for sponsorship in a cost-conscious industry.
Search verified sponsors before you apply
Not all construction firms sponsor visas, so targeting the right companies matters. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on employers like AirWorks Solutions that have an active track record.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does AirWorks Solutions sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, AirWorks Solutions sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in specialty occupations within the construction and real estate sector. Roles in engineering, project management, and technical design are the most likely candidates for sponsorship. Because H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery, it is worth engaging the company early and confirming their sponsorship intent before the April registration window.
What visa types does AirWorks Solutions sponsor?
AirWorks Solutions sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and employment-based Green Cards under the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. This breadth makes the company a practical option for students on OPT looking for a first role, as well as experienced professionals pursuing a long-term path to permanent residence in the U.S.
Which roles or departments at AirWorks Solutions are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at AirWorks Solutions is most commonly tied to technical and specialized roles, consistent with the construction and real estate industry's demand for engineers, architects, project coordinators, and design professionals. Positions requiring a specific degree and specialized knowledge are the strongest fit for H-1B sponsorship, while OPT roles can span a broader set of functions including operations and project support.
How do I apply for a sponsored role at AirWorks Solutions?
Start by identifying open roles that match your qualifications and confirm visa sponsorship during the initial recruiter screen. For H-1B candidates, the timeline is rigid: your employer must file a registration in March for an April lottery, with employment starting no earlier than October 1. For OPT applicants, the timeline is more flexible. Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers, including AirWorks Solutions, so you can find relevant openings and confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying.
How do I know if AirWorks Solutions is a good fit for my Green Card goals?
AirWorks Solutions has sponsored Green Cards, which means they have gone through the PERM labor certification process before. That is a meaningful signal, but Green Card sponsorship is not guaranteed with every hire. During interviews, ask directly whether the company supports EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship for your specific role, and clarify whether legal costs are covered. Starting that conversation early helps you assess whether their long-term commitment matches your immigration goals.
