Senior Associate, FP& A
Remote: United States
Turn financial data into insights that help the business make better decisions.
About The Role
If you are a finance professional who wants to understand the business behind the numbers, this role gives you that opportunity. As a Senior Associate in FP&A, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and business performance. You will help forecast revenue and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), support sales compensation, analyze performance against budget, and contribute to financial reporting used by senior leadership and the Board. This is a visible role on a collaborative team. We are looking for someone who brings strong financial fundamentals, takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys working with people across the business. You won't simply report what happened. You'll develop a deeper understanding of why it happened, what could happen next, and how financial insights can support better decisions.
What You Will Do
Your work will help leaders understand performance, anticipate what comes next, and make informed financial and commercial decisions.
- Own and update key ARR and revenue forecasts, helping improve the accuracy and usefulness of our financial outlook.
- Support monthly bookings forecasting and help finalize bookings results in partnership with Finance and Sales.
- Support sales compensation calculations and payouts, partnering with stakeholders to resolve questions and maintain accuracy.
- Review monthly Board reporting for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Analyze actual performance against budget and identify the drivers behind significant variances.
- Support annual budgeting, workforce and revenue analysis, KPI reporting, and high-priority projects across the business.
What You Bring
Success in this role requires analytical strength and attention to detail, but it also requires curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with people across the organization.
- 3 plus years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial or operational data analysis.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with close attention to accuracy.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Ability to translate financial information into clear insights for both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is helpful but not required.
Why Join Us
This role offers broad exposure to both the numbers and the decisions behind them. You will partner with Finance and Sales, build your understanding of recurring-revenue and commercial performance, contribute to materials reviewed by senior leaders and the Board, and see how financial information influences business decisions. We are looking for someone who will make the most of that exposure—someone who takes ownership, builds strong working relationships, looks for ways to improve how we work, and is motivated to broaden their financial and commercial capabilities. For the right person, this is an opportunity to make a visible contribution while expanding your understanding of how Finance helps drive business performance. As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, you'll have opportunities to expand your skills, learn emerging technologies, and contribute across a broad range of initiatives as business needs evolve. We value curiosity, collaboration, continuous learning, and individuals who enjoy solving difficult problems that make a measurable business impact.

Target roles in Majesco's core software and technology teams
Majesco's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines. Focus your applications on software engineering, product, and systems roles where the company has demonstrated consistent willingness to sponsor international candidates.
Understand which visa types Majesco supports before applying
Majesco sponsors both H-1B and TN visas. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national, the TN pathway may offer a faster route. Research which visa type aligns with your nationality and current status before reaching out to recruiters.
Prepare for the H-1B lottery timeline if that's your path
H-1B sponsorship at Majesco means your start date depends on the annual lottery and USCIS processing. Plan your job search to align with the April registration window so Majesco can file your petition on time.
Signal your visa situation early in the process
Majesco's hiring teams work with international candidates, but surprises slow things down. Mention your visa type and work authorization needs upfront in your application or first conversation so the right stakeholders are looped in early.
Use a platform that verifies real sponsorship history when searching for roles
Not every job posting makes visa sponsorship clear. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on Majesco roles where sponsorship is a confirmed possibility.
Align your application with Majesco's technology specialization
Majesco operates in the technology and software space, so candidates with domain-relevant skills have a stronger sponsorship case. Tailor your resume to highlight technical competencies that match the specialty occupation requirements H-1B sponsorship demands.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Majesco sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Majesco sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in technology and software roles. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical positions that meet USCIS specialty occupation requirements. If you're applying for a software or systems role and need H-1B sponsorship, Majesco is a legitimate option to pursue.
What visa types does Majesco sponsor?
Majesco sponsors both H-1B and TN visas. The H-1B is the most common path for international workers in technology roles, while the TN visa is available exclusively to Canadian and Mexican nationals under the USMCA agreement. Your eligibility depends on your nationality, current immigration status, and the specific role you're applying for.
Which roles at Majesco are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Majesco is concentrated in technical and software-focused positions. Roles in software engineering, systems development, and technology consulting are the most common candidates for H-1B sponsorship because they align closely with USCIS specialty occupation criteria. Roles requiring a degree in a specific technical field have the strongest sponsorship case.
What does the sponsorship application timeline look like at Majesco?
For H-1B sponsorship, timing is driven by the annual USCIS lottery. Registrations open in March, selections are made in late March or April, and approved petitions take effect October 1. This means you typically need an offer from Majesco several months before your intended start date. TN visas move faster and don't require lottery participation.
How do I find open roles at Majesco that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for Majesco on Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by verified sponsorship history so you can identify roles where sponsorship is a real possibility rather than guesswork. Once you find a relevant opening, confirm sponsorship availability directly with Majesco's recruiter during your first conversation to avoid surprises later in the process.
