ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting layouts for utility construction projects including route and structure planning.
- Read and interpret construction documents from multiple customers
- Knowledgeable about permit requirements for each surrounding city
- Submit and obtain all permits needed to facilitate cable installation
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Adaptable to meet changing business needs throughout the year
- Outgoing, confident and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Computer Literacy – Intermediate MS office suite and experience with a CAD Program
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong follow up and tracking of multiple tasks
WORK EXPECTATIONS:
- Standard Work Week: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; some overtime will be available with seasonality of work.
- Most work with be at a desk, with occasional field work to review the job site
- Strong focus on computer work
