How to Get Visa Sponsorship in RADISE International Visa Sponsorship USA
Understand the consulting hiring model
Consulting and professional services firms like RADISE typically sponsor candidates placed on client projects. Be prepared to discuss your billable skills, client-facing experience, and technical specialization, these directly influence whether sponsorship makes business sense for the employer.
Target roles that align with your OPT or CPT status
RADISE International has sponsored F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, making it a viable option if you're a recent graduate on a student visa. Lead with your authorization status and timeline early in outreach so recruiters can plan around your work authorization window.
Highlight TN-eligible qualifications if applicable
Canadian and Mexican professionals should note that RADISE International sponsors TN visas. TN eligibility is occupation-specific, so confirm your role falls under a qualifying USMCA category before applying and mention your TN eligibility directly in your cover letter or recruiter message.
Search for verified sponsorship history before applying
Not every consulting firm sponsors consistently across all roles. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, use it to confirm RADISE International is actively sponsoring before investing time in an application.
Be direct about your Green Card timeline expectations
Since RADISE International's sponsorship track record skews toward permanent residence, candidates who are transparent about long-term U.S. settlement goals are likely a better fit than those seeking short-term work authorization. Frame your interest in terms of career continuity and employer investment.

Does RADISE International sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, RADISE International does not have a recent track record of H-1B sponsorship. The company's filings have been concentrated on immigrant visa categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. Candidates requiring H-1B sponsorship should clarify this directly with RADISE International's recruiting team before applying.
Which visa types does RADISE International sponsor?
RADISE International sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for permanent residence, as well as F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN work authorization. What types of roles at RADISE International are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
As a consulting and professional services firm, RADISE International typically sponsors candidates in technical or specialized consulting roles that can be placed on client engagements. Roles requiring niche expertise in areas like IT, engineering, or business analysis tend to be stronger candidates for sponsorship, since the business case for employer-sponsored immigration is clearest when the skill set is specialized and in demand.

How do I approach RADISE International if I need Green Card sponsorship?
Since RADISE International has sponsored permanent residence pathways, it's worth being upfront about your Green Card goals during the interview process.
