Target roles that align with EB-2 and EB-3 eligibility
Bass Medical Group sponsors Green Cards rather than temporary work visas. Focus your application on roles requiring advanced degrees or specialized clinical skills, which are the most likely pathways to EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship within a healthcare group.
Understand the Green Card timeline before you apply
Employer-sponsored Green Cards in healthcare involve PERM labor certification, an I-140 petition, and often a lengthy wait depending on your country of birth. Clarify sponsorship intentions early in the interview process so there are no surprises down the line.
Lead with your clinical credentials and licensure
Bass Medical Group operates in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Applicants with active U.S. state medical licensure, board certifications, or recognized foreign credentials will have a stronger case for sponsorship consideration in clinical roles.
Ask directly about sponsorship during the hiring process
Healthcare groups typically sponsor selectively based on role criticality and candidate fit. Raise sponsorship early, ideally after an initial positive interview, to confirm whether the specific position you're applying for is eligible for EB-2 or EB-3 support.
Use a platform that filters by verified sponsorship history
Not every job listing from a sponsoring employer is open to visa candidates. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus only on roles where Bass Medical Group has an active track record.
Consider both clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
Bass Medical Group's sponsorship activity spans the broader healthcare and medical services space. Administrative, health IT, and clinical support roles within a medical group can qualify for EB-3 sponsorship, don't limit your search to physician-only positions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does BASS MEDICAL GROUP sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Bass Medical Group does not appear to sponsor H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions. If you require H-1B sponsorship specifically, you may need to explore other healthcare employers with temporary visa sponsorship programs.
What visa types does BASS MEDICAL GROUP sponsor?
Bass Medical Group sponsors employment-based Green Cards, specifically under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 is typically used for roles requiring an advanced degree or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers and professionals. Both pathways involve PERM labor certification filed by the employer on the candidate's behalf.
Which roles or departments at BASS MEDICAL GROUP are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
In a healthcare group like Bass Medical Group, sponsorship is most common for clinical roles where there is a demonstrated shortage of qualified U.S. workers, such as physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and specialized medical staff. Administrative or health services roles may also qualify under EB-3 if the position meets prevailing wage and recruitment requirements under PERM.
How do I find open jobs at BASS MEDICAL GROUP that are open to visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks employers with verified sponsorship histories and surfaces roles where sponsorship is genuinely available. Searching directly through Migrate Mate lets you filter for Bass Medical Group specifically and focus your applications on positions that align with the company's EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship patterns, saving significant time compared to applying blindly.
How long does the Green Card sponsorship process take with BASS MEDICAL GROUP?
The employer-sponsored Green Card process involves multiple stages: PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor (typically six to eighteen months), an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS, and then waiting for a visa number to become available. Total timelines vary significantly depending on your country of birth and the EB preference category. Indian and Chinese nationals often face extended priority date backlogs that can stretch the overall process by years.
