About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Enterprise Applications Manager to join our CRM & Revenue Technology team within Revenue Operations. This newly created role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Product Management, serving as the technical bridge between our Salesforce CRM ecosystem and internally developed enterprise applications. As the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex integration projects spanning Salesforce, Credit Platform, Data Platform, Entity Management, and Onboarding systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth (integration architecture, API design, Workato development), operational excellence (RevOps processes, data governance), and product thinking (requirements gathering, stakeholder management, feature prioritization). You will be the primary business point of contact for all enterprise application projects, partnering with Engineering, Product, GTM leadership, and Revenue Operations to design scalable integration solutions that enable revenue growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-starter mentality. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where you'll need to balance competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Implementation:
- Own the design and deployment of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications (Credit Platform, Data Platform, Entity Management, Onboarding) using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
- Design integration patterns that ensure data consistency, real-time synchronization, and proper error handling across systems; establish integration best practices and reusable patterns for the team
- Define Requirements for API connections between Salesforce and internal applications; understand REST/SOAP APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and webhook architectures
- Gather requirements for complex Workato recipes including conditional logic, data transformations, lookup tables, error handling, and batch processing; optimize recipes for performance and reliability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for all integrations; proactively identify and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data quality problems
Project Management & Product Ownership:
- Act as technical product owner for enterprise application initiatives; gather requirements from GTM stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specifications, and prioritize feature requests
- Create detailed technical documentation including integration architecture diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, and user guides for enterprise applications
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination; develop test plans, manage UAT execution with business users, track defects, and ensure successful production deployment
- Build product roadmaps for enterprise applications in collaboration with stakeholders; balance technical debt, new feature requests, and operational maintenance needs
Salesforce Administration & Configuration:
- Create Salesforce product roadmap to support enterprise application integrations, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, process builders, flows, and permission sets
- Manage complex Salesforce data models spanning multiple custom objects and relationships; ensure data integrity and optimize for reporting and integration performance
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and list views to provide visibility into enterprise application data and integration health for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to ensure alignment on data governance, security model, and platform best practices across all enterprise integrations
Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce data governance standards for enterprise applications including data dictionaries, field definitions, validation rules, and master data management policies
- Own data quality for all enterprise application integrations; implement automated data validation, cleansing routines, and exception handling to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management roles with heavy integration/systems focus
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using iPaaS platforms (Workato strongly preferred; Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar also acceptable)
- Deep Salesforce knowledge including data model, security model, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), custom objects, and API capabilities; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Strong understanding of API concepts including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API keys), rate limiting, and error handling
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting; experience querying databases and understanding relational data models
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, transformation, and mapping exercises (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments with complex revenue operations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of revenue operations workflows including lead-to-opportunity, customer onboarding, and renewal processes
Key Competencies:
- Systems thinker with ability to understand complex technical architectures and how systems interact across the enterprise technology stack
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Operations, and GTM teams to deliver shared outcomes
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality; able to take ambiguous requirements and deliver complete solutions with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose integration failures, data issues, and performance problems methodically
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality, security best practices, and technical documentation
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; able to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and requirements evolve
- Product mindset with focus on user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability of technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Workato certification or extensive hands-on experience building production-grade integrations in Workato
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran) and understanding of ELT/ETL patterns
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for integration deployments
- Experience with credit underwriting platforms, entity management systems, or financial services applications
- Exposure to Agile product management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear) and product development lifecycle
- Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for data transformation and automation tasks
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and debugging integration issues
- Previous experience in a technical product management or business systems analyst role

Target roles that align with fintech infrastructure
Convera's work sits at the intersection of payments technology and financial services. Software engineers, data analysts, and product roles tied to cross-border payment systems are the most likely candidates for H-1B sponsorship at a company like this.
Understand Convera's B2B payments focus
Convera serves enterprise clients with foreign exchange and payment solutions. Candidates with backgrounds in FX, treasury, compliance, or payments infrastructure have a stronger alignment with the roles Convera actually hires for and sponsors.
Look for roles requiring specialty occupation credentials
H-1B sponsorship at financial services firms typically goes to positions requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Frame your application around the technical or financial specialization your degree represents, not just years of experience.
Research Convera's current hiring before applying
Sponsorship availability can shift with hiring cycles. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified Convera job openings, so you're applying to roles with a real sponsorship history rather than guessing which positions the company will support.
Prepare for a compliance-conscious interview process
Financial services companies like Convera operate under heavy regulatory scrutiny. Expect questions about your authorization to work, visa status, and timeline during early interviews. Being transparent and prepared signals professionalism in this environment.
Position yourself for cross-border finance expertise
Convera operates globally, and candidates with international finance or payments experience bring direct value. Highlighting cross-border transaction knowledge or multilingual capabilities can differentiate your application for roles where H-1B sponsorship is on the table.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Convera sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Convera sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in the United States. As a financial technology company operating in cross-border payments and foreign exchange, Convera has used H-1B sponsorship to fill specialized positions requiring technical or financial expertise. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so it's worth confirming directly with the hiring team during the application process.
What types of roles at Convera are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Convera tends to follow the H-1B's specialty occupation standard, meaning roles that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher. In financial technology companies like Convera, this typically includes software engineers, data scientists, financial analysts, and compliance or risk professionals. Roles tied directly to Convera's core payments and FX infrastructure are the strongest candidates.
How do I find open jobs at Convera that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for Convera on Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified visa-sponsoring employers and their open roles. This lets you filter for positions where sponsorship has a documented history, rather than relying on job descriptions that may not mention visa support explicitly. Apply directly through Convera's careers page once you've identified a strong match.
How do I approach Convera's hiring process as an H-1B candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process. Financial services companies operate under compliance frameworks that require HR teams to assess sponsorship feasibility before extending offers. Having your documentation organized, knowing your current visa timeline, and being clear about when you'd need sponsorship to begin will make the conversation smoother and signal that you understand the process.
Does Convera sponsor Green Cards for international employees?
Convera's publicly available sponsorship activity is concentrated in H-1B visas. There is no strong public record of active Green Card sponsorship. That said, employer-sponsored permanent residence is often handled case by case and is rarely advertised in job postings. If long-term residency sponsorship is a priority, it's worth raising directly during the offer negotiation stage.
