Tailor your resume to Deloitte's delivery model
Deloitte Network Architects typically work across client engagements, not internal IT. Frame your experience around multi-client infrastructure design, vendor-agnostic architecture, and documentation that translates across industries to match what their hiring teams screen for.
Align certifications with Deloitte's vendor partnerships
Deloitte maintains alliances with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and AWS. Holding current certifications in these ecosystems, such as CCNP, PCNSE, or AWS Advanced Networking, signals technical fit before your resume reaches a hiring manager.
Target open roles before H-1B registration opens
USCIS opens H-1B lottery registration in March each year. Securing an offer by February gives your employer enough time to prepare the Labor Condition Application with the DOL and submit your registration before the deadline.
Clarify the visa pathway during the offer stage
Deloitte sponsors multiple visa types for Network Architects, including H-1B, E-3, and employment-based Green Cards through EB-2 or EB-3. Ask the recruiter which pathway applies to your situation before signing, so you understand the filing timeline and any status gaps.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Network Architect roles
Search for verified Network Architect openings at Deloitte with confirmed visa sponsorship through Migrate Mate. Filtering by sponsorship type upfront saves time and ensures the roles you apply to are actually accessible for your visa category.
Prepare for the specialty occupation standard in your LCA
USCIS requires that H-1B roles qualify as specialty occupations, meaning the position must typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field. For Network Architect roles at a consulting firm, be ready to document that your degree directly relates to the technical architecture work described in your offer letter.

Find Network Architect at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Network Architects?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Network Architect roles. As a large professional services firm, Deloitte participates in the annual H-1B lottery and has an established process for filing petitions through the DOL and USCIS. Network Architects fall under specialty occupation, which is a required classification for H-1B eligibility, so the role structure at Deloitte generally meets that standard.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Network Architects?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Network Architects at the nonimmigrant level. For permanent residence, Deloitte supports employment-based Green Card sponsorship through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which typically require PERM labor certification filed with the DOL. The pathway offered depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific role's requirements.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Network Architect roles?
Deloitte typically looks for a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field. For Network Architect positions, hands-on experience with enterprise network design, cloud networking, and security architecture is expected. Certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, or major cloud providers carry real weight because Deloitte's consulting work is heavily tied to those vendor ecosystems.
How do I apply for Network Architect jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal, where roles are listed by practice area and location. Before applying, browse verified Network Architect openings at Deloitte with confirmed visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate to identify which roles align with your visa category. Deloitte's application process includes recruiter screening, technical assessments, and multiple rounds of interviews before an offer is extended.
How long does Deloitte's H-1B sponsorship process take for Network Architects?
The full H-1B timeline from offer to work authorization typically runs six to twelve months when going through the annual lottery. USCIS opens registration in March, and approved petitions take effect October 1. If you're already in H-1B status and transferring to Deloitte, you can start on your receipt notice without waiting for approval, which shortens the practical gap significantly.
