Align your credentials to Deloitte's specialty occupation standard
Deloitte's immigration team files H-1B petitions under the specialty occupation standard, which requires a direct connection between your degree field and the Revenue Operations Manager role. A business analytics or information systems degree strengthens your petition more than a general business degree.
Target Deloitte's go-to-market and commercial operations teams
Revenue Operations roles at Deloitte sit within specific service lines, not a central ops function. Filtering your search by commercial excellence, sales enablement, or client growth teams surfaces the postings most likely to carry sponsorship eligibility from day one.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Revenue Operations Manager roles
Deloitte posts Revenue Operations Manager positions across multiple service lines and geographies simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to filter Deloitte's open roles by visa sponsorship type so you're applying to postings where H-1B or E-3 sponsorship is already confirmed.
Prepare for Deloitte's LCA wage level before negotiating salary
Deloitte files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before sponsoring your H-1B, locking in a prevailing wage for your role and location. Research DOL wage data for Revenue Operations Managers in your target office city so you enter salary discussions informed.
Request a start date that accommodates H-1B cap timing
If you need a new H-1B rather than a transfer, your employment can only begin October 1 after the April lottery. Build this into your offer negotiation early so Deloitte's HR team can structure a conditional start date without rescinding the offer.
Document CRM and revenue platform expertise before your interview
Deloitte's Revenue Operations Manager interviews assess hands-on proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Clari, or Gong. Compiling a portfolio of pipeline reporting, forecast models, or territory design work strengthens both your candidacy and the specialty occupation evidence in your visa petition.

Find Revenue Operations Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Operations Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Revenue Operations Manager roles. Deloitte has one of the most active corporate immigration programs in consulting, and Revenue Operations is a function the firm hires for consistently across service lines. Sponsorship eligibility is typically confirmed at the offer stage, so you can ask the recruiter directly once you reach that point.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Revenue Operations Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Revenue Operations Manager positions, along with Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications. H-1B is the most common path for candidates from most countries. Australian citizens should ask specifically about E-3 sponsorship, which bypasses the lottery and allows annual renewals.
How do I apply for Revenue Operations Manager jobs at Deloitte?
You can browse and apply for Revenue Operations Manager roles at Deloitte through Migrate Mate, which filters Deloitte's open positions by visa sponsorship type so you only see roles where sponsorship is confirmed. Deloitte's application process typically involves a recruiter screen, one or two competency-based interviews, and a case or analytical exercise before an offer is extended.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Revenue Operations Manager roles?
Deloitte expects a bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field, typically combined with three to six years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and forecasting tools like Clari is frequently listed as a requirement. Consulting exposure or client-facing experience is a strong differentiator at Deloitte compared to in-house revenue ops roles.
How do I manage visa timing if Deloitte extends a Revenue Operations Manager offer?
If you're on OPT or a current H-1B with another employer, Deloitte can file an H-1B transfer petition, allowing you to start before your new cap-subject lottery selection. If you need a new H-1B cap slot, registrations open in March and employment can begin October 1 if selected. Confirm your current visa status and remaining authorized period with Deloitte's immigration team as soon as you receive an offer, since the 60-day grace period between jobs is strict.
