Align your credentials to DoorDash's stack
DoorDash RevOps roles consistently require proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and tools like Looker or Tableau. Before applying, document project experience with these tools explicitly in your resume so your profile clears automated screening.
Target DoorDash's high-volume hiring cycles
DoorDash's Revenue Operations headcount expands most visibly ahead of fiscal planning cycles, typically in Q1 and Q3. Applying during these windows puts your application in front of hiring managers when headcount approval is already in place.
Prepare specialty occupation evidence for your role
USCIS requires that Revenue Operations Manager roles qualify as specialty occupations, meaning the position must require a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Gather job postings, degree transcripts, and a role description that maps your field of study directly to the job duties.
Find open roles using Migrate Mate's job board
DoorDash posts Revenue Operations Manager openings across multiple channels, making it hard to filter for roles that actively support sponsorship. Migrate Mate lets you search DoorDash openings specifically verified for visa sponsorship, so you apply where the pathway already exists.

Find Revenue Operations Manager at DoorDash JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Operations Managers?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Revenue Operations Manager roles. The process requires DoorDash to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then submit a petition to USCIS on your behalf. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions are subject to the annual lottery, timing your offer relative to the April filing window is critical if you need cap-subject sponsorship.
How do I apply for Revenue Operations Manager jobs at DoorDash?
Applications go through DoorDash's careers portal, where roles are listed by team and location. Filtering for Revenue Operations or Sales Operations functions surfaces the relevant openings. Migrate Mate also aggregates DoorDash RevOps roles verified for visa sponsorship, which makes it straightforward to identify positions where sponsorship is already confirmed before you invest time in the application process.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly use for Revenue Operations Manager roles?
DoorDash sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for this function, along with E-3 visas for Australian nationals and TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for recent graduates. EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways are available for employees who have established tenure in the role and meet PERM labor certification requirements.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for a Revenue Operations Manager?
DoorDash typically looks for experience owning revenue processes end-to-end, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM administration in Salesforce. Strong SQL skills and comfort with BI tools like Looker are consistent requirements. A bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field is standard. Candidates coming from other technology or marketplace companies tend to be competitive given familiarity with high-velocity sales environments.
How do I manage timing if I'm on F-1 OPT and targeting DoorDash?
F-1 OPT gives you up to 12 months of work authorization after graduation, extendable to 36 months for STEM-designated degrees. If your start date and OPT expiration fall close together, DoorDash's legal team will need enough lead time to file an H-1B cap-gap bridge if your OPT expires before October 1. Raising this timeline with the recruiter before the offer stage avoids gaps in your work authorization.
