About the Role
This role sits at the center of our Ads & Promotions platform, focused on building scalable monetization systems and driving high-impact business outcomes. You will operate as a single-threaded owner across critical initiatives, working cross-functionally to define strategy, shape product direction, and drive execution.
This role may focus on one or both of the following areas:
- Ads Pricing & Monetization Systems
- Design and evolve pricing and bidding mechanisms
- Build frameworks that unify ads and promotions into a cohesive ecosystem
- Develop scalable pricing systems (e.g., dynamic pricing, reserve pricing, experimentation frameworks)
- Partner with Product and Data Science to define models, inputs, and success metrics

- Establish standardized frameworks across pricing, formats, inventory, and user experience

- Own key business metrics and deliver against revenue, efficiency, and experience goals
- Drive initiatives end-to-end from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Develop data-driven insights and business cases to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solutions are both strategically sound and operationally scalable
