About the Team:
You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost. We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the experience of all customers engaging with DoorDash, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). To achieve this objective, the team will operate and execute support experiences.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to join our Access Command team. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of mission-critical provisioning services for our global BPO support agents. You'll ensure seamless tool access, conduct thorough compliance audits, and lead process improvement initiatives. In addition to access provisioning and audit responsibilities, you will also own documentation and workflow processes to support scalability and ensure operational consistency.
This is a high-ownership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage technical complexities with confidence. You will report into the Strategic Planning & Execution Manager within the NOE organization.
Must be based in one of the following locations: New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Tempe, Sunnyvale and able to travel pending the needs of the business. Required to make bi-yearly trips for team on-sites.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Provision and manage user access across multiple platforms (e.g., Weaver, Sigma, Snowflake, OKTA Admin, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Amazon Connect, and proprietary DoorDash tools).
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle access management for internal and external (BPO) support teams.
- Perform comprehensive audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX/SOC standards.
- Triage high-priority access issues and work closely with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to resolve them swiftly.
- Troubleshoot complex identity issues (e.g., authentication failures, provisioning errors, access discrepancies).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as SOP development, automation efforts, and system cleanups.
- Integrate identity platforms with SaaS and internal applications using SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Engage directly with senior leadership to manage escalations and drive alignment on strategic access initiatives.
- Support and educate end-users on IAM processes and tools to promote efficiency and self-service.
We're excited about you because you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in access management, provisioning, or technical support in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess in-depth knowledge of security protocols, SOX/SOC compliance, and access control principles.
- Are proficient with access management tools like OKTA, Jira, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect.
- Have a working knowledge of SQL and can use it to troubleshoot and validate access data.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Thrive in changing environments, learn new technologies quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Value clarity and structure, with proven experience documenting technical and operational workflows.

Frame your portfolio around operational metrics
DoorDash Project Analysts are expected to drive measurable outcomes across logistics, merchant, or consumer verticals. Before applying, reframe past projects around throughput improvements, cost reduction, or cross-functional coordination rather than task completion.
Target teams with active delivery infrastructure work
DoorDash's fastest-moving analyst openings cluster around new vertical launches and fulfillment optimization. Filtering roles by team context in job descriptions helps you identify where headcount is actively growing rather than backfilling.
Prepare credential documentation before the offer stage
Specialty occupation support for a Project Analyst role requires clear alignment between your degree field and the job duties. Have official transcripts and a degree equivalency evaluation ready in advance so your employer's immigration counsel can move quickly after offer.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Project Analyst roles at DoorDash
Sponsorship-eligible openings at large tech employers like DoorDash aren't always labeled clearly. Search Migrate Mate's job board to filter Project Analyst positions at DoorDash by visa type and confirm sponsorship availability before investing time in applications.
Understand DoorDash's PERM timeline if you're targeting permanent residence
If your goal includes a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3, ask during negotiations when the employer typically initiates PERM labor certification. At technology companies, this process often begins after the first H-1B renewal, which affects your long-term planning significantly.

Find Project Analyst at DoorDash JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Project Analysts?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Project Analyst roles. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or a quantitative discipline. Your employer's immigration counsel will assess degree-to-role alignment when preparing the petition. DoorDash also sponsors H-1B transfers, so you don't need to wait for the annual lottery if you currently hold H-1B status with another employer.
How do I apply for Project Analyst jobs at DoorDash?
Apply directly through DoorDash's careers portal, where Project Analyst openings are listed by team and location. Tailor your application to the specific vertical, such as logistics, merchant partnerships, or consumer growth, since each team prioritizes different analytical skills. You can also browse open roles filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces DoorDash positions confirmed to accept international candidates.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly sponsor for Project Analyst roles?
DoorDash sponsors a range of work visa categories for Project Analysts, including H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, DoorDash has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. The most suitable visa depends on your nationality, degree, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Project Analyst positions?
DoorDash typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field, proficiency in SQL or similar data tools, and demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree must align with the analytical nature of the role. Candidates with experience in marketplace dynamics, operations research, or product analytics are well-positioned, particularly for roles tied to DoorDash's fulfillment and merchant teams.
How do I manage the timeline between receiving an offer and starting on a sponsored visa?
The timeline depends on your current status. If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer must file the H-1B petition before your OPT expires to maintain work authorization through cap-gap. H-1B transfers for candidates already in status can begin on the receipt notice date, with no gap in employment. For consular processing, budget four to eight weeks from visa appointment to start date, accounting for administrative processing risk.
