About the Team
The SevenRooms Data & Analytics team is the foundational data hub powering go-to-market, product, finance, and operational decisions across the In-Store business. We design and maintain the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that connect SevenRooms' systems with the broader DoorDash data ecosystem — and we're investing aggressively in making our datasets ready for both human and AI consumption. Within the team, our product-focused analytics work owns the funnels, personas, and feature-adoption insights that inform what products and features get built, how it's launched, and how it performs in the market.
About the Role
We're hiring a Data Analyst to be the data partner for our Product Management, Product Marketing, and executive teams at SevenRooms. You will own the building of data products, feature launch analytics, and the PLG instrumentation that connects product usage signals back into Salesforce, Gainsight, and our outbound motions.
You will report into the Manager, Data & Analytics on our Data & Analytics team in our SevenRooms organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own product analytics end-to-end — funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for every major feature launch on the SevenRooms platform.
- Build net new data products aimed at improving analytic and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization.
- Design and ship PLG automations that translate product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows.
- Apply GenAI and ML techniques — partnering with our GTM Engineer — to product analytics use cases like web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, transactions predictive modeling, and Add-On ICP scoring.
- Communicate closely in support of multiple PM's with reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
We're excited about you because…
- 2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment.
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
- Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous, scoped analyses that ship recommendations — not just dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to product and executive audiences.
We expect this position to be filled by 8/9/26.

Tailor your portfolio to marketplace analytics
DoorDash evaluates Data Analytics Managers on experience with two-sided marketplace metrics, cohort retention, and experimentation at scale. Frame past work around A/B testing frameworks and funnel analysis, not general reporting.
Distinguish your visa category before applying
DoorDash sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT among others. Knowing which category fits your nationality and timeline lets you address sponsorship logistics clearly when recruiters ask, avoiding delays in the offer stage.
Surface sponsorship intent early in recruiter screens
DoorDash recruiters move quickly through technical screens. Confirming your visa needs upfront, before the hiring manager round, prevents late-stage friction when legal and HR teams need lead time to prepare filings.
Align your start date to H-1B cap timelines
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March with an October 1 start date. Build your interview timeline around this so DoorDash's legal team can file a petition without forcing a gap in your authorization.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Data Analytics Manager roles
DoorDash posts across multiple job boards, but not every listing flags sponsorship eligibility. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified Data Analytics Manager openings at DoorDash filtered by the visa types you qualify for.
Prepare credential documentation before final interviews
DoorDash's immigration counsel will need your degree transcripts and employment history to assess specialty occupation eligibility under USCIS criteria. Having certified copies and a detailed work history ready shortens the post-offer documentation phase significantly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Data Analytics Managers?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Data Analytics Manager roles. The company works with immigration counsel to support candidates through the full petition process. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, DoorDash typically coordinates registration in March for an October 1 start. Cap-exempt candidates can file year-round.
How do I apply for Data Analytics Manager jobs at DoorDash?
Applications go through DoorDash's careers site, but listings rarely specify which visa types the role supports. Migrate Mate filters open Data Analytics Manager positions at DoorDash by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you can focus on roles aligned to your immigration status before investing time in the application process.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly use for Data Analytics Manager roles?
DoorDash sponsors H-1B, H-1B1 visa, E-3 visa, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1 visa, and employment-based Green Cards including EB-2 and EB-3 for this function. Australian citizens should ask specifically about E-3 visa, which bypasses the H-1B lottery and allows year-round filing. TN visa is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying analytical roles.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Data Analytics Manager roles?
DoorDash typically looks for a graduate degree in statistics, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field, combined with hands-on experience leading analytics teams. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experimentation platforms is standard. Experience in consumer technology or marketplace businesses is a meaningful differentiator when your profile reaches the hiring manager.
How do I time my application if I'm on F-1 OPT and targeting DoorDash?
F-1 OPT gives you up to 12 months of work authorization, with a 24-month STEM extension if your degree qualifies. To avoid a gap, DoorDash needs to file an H-1B registration before your OPT expires. Apply at least six months before expiration so there's enough runway for screening, offers, and USCIS registration.
