About The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Data Science to lead a broad and high-impact scope of NV Consumer. In this role, you will shape how we measure success, guide product and operational strategy, and build the data foundations that help cross-functional teams move quickly and make better decisions. Success in this role means building a high-performing team, developing frameworks that inform prioritization across and within areas under scope, and raising the quality and speed of decision-making. You will report into a Senior Director on our NV Analytics team in our Analytics organization.

- Lead and grow a team of data science and analytics leaders and practitioners across a portfolio that spans from 0→1 products to our most high traffic Cx-facing product surfaces
- Own the analytical direction for NV Consumer, including goal formulation, frameworks for opportunity identification, data tools for cross-functional partners, and scaled experimentation and measurement.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, Design, and Finance leaders to influence product roadmap, growth playbook, and investment decisions.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
