Frame Your CRM Experience Around Field Service Operations
Groundworks operates across residential and commercial property services, so ground your resume in metrics tied to field-team pipelines, service contract renewals, and territory-based revenue forecasting. Generic SaaS RevOps experience reads as less relevant than industry-aligned examples.
Target Groundworks Openings Before Peak Hiring Cycles
Facilities and property services companies ramp hiring ahead of spring and fall service seasons. Applications submitted in January through February or August through September land when hiring managers have active headcount approvals and more runway to begin sponsorship paperwork.
Verify Your Visa Category Fits the Role Classification
Revenue Operations Manager is typically classified as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree in business, finance, or data analytics. Confirm with USCIS guidelines that your degree field aligns with the role before accepting an offer, since misalignment can trigger a Request for Evidence.
Ask HR Directly About Their Sponsorship Filing Timeline
Once you have an offer, ask Groundworks HR whether they use premium processing through USCIS. For roles starting on a firm date tied to a fiscal quarter, standard processing windows of three to five months can create a gap between offer acceptance and authorized start date.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Groundworks Openings
Revenue Operations Manager roles at Groundworks are distributed across regional offices and corporate functions, making them easy to miss on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Groundworks openings with visa sponsorship so you're only applying where sponsorship is confirmed.
Document Any Multi-Location Revenue Data Experience Explicitly
Groundworks runs operations across dozens of service territories. Hiring managers prioritize candidates who have built or maintained reporting infrastructure across multiple locations or business units. Call out specific tools you've used, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Tableau, with the geographic or organizational scope included.

Does Groundworks sponsor H-1B visas for Revenue Operations Managers?
Groundworks' primary visa sponsorship activity for this function has been through the H-2B program rather than the H-1B. If you're seeking H-1B sponsorship for a Revenue Operations Manager role, you'll want to confirm the specific visa type available during the offer stage, as sponsorship practices can vary by role level and hiring cycle.
Which visa types are commonly used for Revenue Operations Manager roles at Groundworks?
Groundworks has sponsored work visas for roles in this function, with activity concentrated in temporary work categories. If you hold a different visa status, such as OPT or a current H-1B with another employer, discuss transfer or change-of-status options with Groundworks HR early in the process. USCIS governs which categories allow employer-sponsored transitions without leaving the country.
What qualifications does Groundworks expect for a Revenue Operations Manager?
Groundworks looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience building revenue reporting systems and managing CRM platforms. Familiarity with field service or property services business models is a practical advantage. Experience managing cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and finance teams is a consistent expectation across postings.
How do I apply for Revenue Operations Manager jobs at Groundworks?
Groundworks posts Revenue Operations Manager openings across its corporate and regional offices, and roles fill quickly. The most reliable way to find confirmed sponsorship-eligible openings is through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for Groundworks positions where visa sponsorship is available. Apply directly through the official Groundworks careers portal once you've identified the right opening, and note the location since some roles are regional rather than fully remote.
How do I plan my timeline if Groundworks extends a sponsorship offer?
Once Groundworks confirms visa sponsorship, the filing timeline depends on your current immigration status and the visa category involved. Standard USCIS processing can take several months, so if you're on OPT with a limited runway, raise the timing question before signing an offer letter. Ask whether Groundworks will use premium processing, which reduces USCIS adjudication to roughly 15 business days and gives both sides more certainty on your start date.
