Align Your Resume to Field Sales Enablement
Groundworks runs a high-volume residential services operation, so frame your experience around onboarding reps, building playbooks, and improving close rates in field or in-home sales environments. Generic SaaS enablement backgrounds are harder to position here.
Confirm H-2B Scope Before Applying
H-2B is a seasonal, non-agricultural worker visa with a strict annual federal cap. It's not typically used for salaried Sales Enablement Manager roles. Before investing time in an application, verify with the recruiter which visa category Groundworks intends to sponsor for this position.
Browse Open Roles Through Migrate Mate
Groundworks posts Sales Enablement Manager openings across multiple markets. Use Migrate Mate to filter active listings by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're only applying to roles where sponsorship is explicitly on the table, not guessing from job descriptions.
Request Written Sponsorship Confirmation Early
Don't wait until the offer stage to ask about visa sponsorship. Raise it directly during your initial recruiter screen. Getting written confirmation that Groundworks will sponsor the specific visa type for this role protects you before you invest in the full interview process.
Prepare for DOL Prevailing Wage Requirements
If your role qualifies for H-1B sponsorship, Groundworks must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for Sales Enablement Managers in that geographic market. Research regional wage levels for this title in advance so you can negotiate from an informed position.
Document Sales Outcomes with Quantifiable Metrics
Groundworks hiring managers for this function evaluate candidates on measurable revenue impact. Build a portfolio showing rep ramp time improvements, conversion rate lifts, or training completion rates from previous roles. USCIS also requires detailed job duty documentation for specialty occupation petitions, so this prep serves both purposes.

Does Groundworks sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Enablement Managers?
Groundworks has sponsored work visas for Sales Enablement Manager roles, but the specific visa category offered can vary by position and location. H-1B sponsorship for this role depends on whether the position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. Confirm directly with the recruiting team which visa type applies to the specific opening you're targeting before advancing through interviews.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Enablement Manager roles at Groundworks?
Sales Enablement Manager roles at Groundworks are salaried, professional positions that most commonly align with H-1B sponsorship, which requires a qualifying bachelor's degree in a related field. H-2B visas are designed for temporary, seasonal non-agricultural labor and are not the standard pathway for this type of professional role. Ask the recruiter explicitly which category applies to your target position.
What qualifications or experience does Groundworks expect for a Sales Enablement Manager?
Groundworks operates at scale in the residential property services sector, so they typically look for candidates with hands-on experience building sales training programs, managing learning management systems, and improving field rep performance. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is generally expected. Demonstrated experience in home services, franchise, or multi-location environments gives your application a measurable advantage.
How do I apply for Sales Enablement Manager jobs at Groundworks?
You can find and apply for Sales Enablement Manager openings at Groundworks through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by visa sponsorship eligibility so you only see roles where sponsorship is available. Apply directly to active postings, tailor your resume to field sales enablement experience, and raise visa sponsorship in your first recruiter conversation to confirm the role qualifies before proceeding.
How do I manage my visa status timeline during the Groundworks hiring process?
Sales Enablement Manager interviews at a company Groundworks's size can run four to eight weeks from initial screen to offer. If you're on OPT or a 60-day grace period, that timeline matters. Standard H-1B filing takes three to five months to adjudicate, though premium processing with USCIS can reduce that to around 15 business days. Flag your authorization deadline early so Groundworks can plan accordingly.
