Frame your CRM experience for field services
Groundworks operates across regional branch networks, so tailor your resume to show experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, or territory planning in a distributed or field-based environment. Generic B2B sales ops experience reads as a weaker fit than operations work tied to service-area businesses.
Verify your credentials meet specialty occupation standards
H-2B is a temporary nonimmigrant classification, but Sales Operations Manager roles may also be evaluated under other visa categories. Confirm your degree field aligns directly with the operational or business analytics requirements in Groundworks job postings before applying.
Target branch markets with high open requisitions
Groundworks posts Sales Operations Manager openings across multiple regional markets simultaneously. Prioritize applications in states where they have the highest concentration of active listings, since hiring volume in a specific market signals active workforce planning and stronger sponsorship intent for that location.
Ask about LCA filing timelines during the offer stage
Once an offer is extended, your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before any visa petition can proceed. Clarify with the Groundworks recruiting team how quickly they initiate this process so you can build a realistic start-date timeline.
Search Groundworks roles through Migrate Mate
Groundworks posts Sales Operations Manager positions with visa sponsorship eligibility across multiple markets. Use Migrate Mate to filter and track these openings specifically, so you're applying to the listings most relevant to your visa situation rather than sorting through general job boards.
Prepare documentation that supports operational leadership claims
Sponsorship petitions require evidence that the role meets the visa category's standards. Compile performance data, org charts, or project scopes that demonstrate your direct ownership of sales process design, reporting infrastructure, or cross-functional coordination in prior roles.

Does Groundworks sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Operations Managers?
Groundworks' primary visa sponsorship activity for this role has been under the H-2B classification rather than H-1B. If you're pursuing an H-1B, confirm with the recruiting team whether the specific Sales Operations Manager position you're applying for qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, since that determination depends on the role's degree requirements and responsibilities.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Operations Manager roles at Groundworks?
Groundworks has sponsored H-2B visas for this function. H-2B is a temporary nonimmigrant work classification that covers non-agricultural roles. Candidates with other visa statuses, including those on OPT or holding an EAD, should confirm with the Groundworks HR team which classifications they actively support, as sponsorship paths can vary by role level and location.
What qualifications and experience does Groundworks expect for Sales Operations Manager roles?
Groundworks typically looks for candidates with a background in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics, often within a multi-location or field services environment. Proficiency with CRM platforms and experience supporting distributed sales teams are common requirements. A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field generally meets the educational baseline for these roles.
How do I apply for Sales Operations Manager jobs at Groundworks?
You can find and apply for Sales Operations Manager openings at Groundworks through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your materials to Groundworks' branch-based structure and emphasize experience with sales pipeline management, territory coordination, or operational reporting. Applications go through the Groundworks talent acquisition team, who manage the sponsorship conversation directly.
How do I understand the sponsorship and hiring timeline for this role at Groundworks?
After an offer is extended, the process typically includes a DOL Labor Condition Application filing before any visa petition is submitted to USCIS. For H-2B sponsorships, start dates are tied to the petition's approved employment period. Clarify the expected start date and filing timeline with your Groundworks recruiter early in the offer stage to avoid gaps in your authorization window.
