Frame Your Resume Around Revenue Impact
DoorDash's Sales Operations hiring focuses on candidates who can demonstrate measurable contributions to pipeline efficiency, forecasting accuracy, or CRM optimization. Quantify outcomes in your resume before you apply, not after you get a recruiter's attention.
Target Roles Tied to Specific Verticals
DoorDash structures Sales Operations around business lines like DashPass, Ads, or Merchant Services. Applying to a role tied to a vertical you have direct experience in strengthens both your candidacy and the employer's case for specialty occupation sponsorship under H-1B.
Confirm Sponsorship Before Your First Interview
DoorDash's recruiting teams handle sponsorship at the team level, not through a blanket company policy. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific Sales Operations Manager role supports H-1B or E-3 sponsorship before investing time in multiple interview rounds.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Openings
DoorDash posts Sales Operations Manager roles across multiple locations and business units at the same time. Use Migrate Mate to filter open positions by visa type so you're only reviewing roles where sponsorship is confirmed, not assumed.
Understand the LCA's Role in Your Offer Timeline
Before DoorDash can file your H-1B petition, the DOL must certify a Labor Condition Application confirming your offered wage meets the prevailing rate for your location. Build at least two to three weeks of LCA processing time into your expected start date when negotiating.
Prepare Your Specialty Occupation Documentation Early
USCIS requires that Sales Operations Manager roles demonstrate a direct connection between the job duties and a specific degree field. Gather transcripts, job descriptions from past roles, and any certifications in analytics, business operations, or a related field before your employer files the I-129.

Find Sales Operations Manager at DoorDash JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Operations Managers?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Operations Manager roles. Sponsorship is handled at the team and requisition level, so availability can vary by business unit and location. Confirming sponsorship intent with your recruiter early in the process avoids surprises after offers are extended. Australian and Chilean nationals may also be eligible for E-3 or H-1B1 sponsorship.
How do I apply for Sales Operations Manager jobs at DoorDash?
Applications go through DoorDash's careers portal. Roles are posted by specific team and location, so searching for Sales Operations Manager with your target city gives the most accurate results. Migrate Mate filters these listings by visa sponsorship type, which helps you confirm eligibility before you spend time preparing a tailored application for a specific opening.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly sponsor for Sales Operations Manager roles?
DoorDash sponsors a range of visa types for this function, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and EB-2 or EB-3 for candidates pursuing permanent residence. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for recent graduates, making DoorDash accessible at multiple career stages.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Sales Operations Manager candidates?
DoorDash typically looks for candidates with experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce, a background in sales analytics or revenue operations, and the ability to build cross-functional processes at scale. A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field is standard. Experience supporting a go-to-market or sales team in a high-growth technology company strengthens both your candidacy and the specialty occupation basis for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship to join DoorDash?
Timeline depends on your visa type. H-1B cap-subject candidates must be selected in the annual lottery, with petitions filed in April and employment starting no earlier than October 1. E-3 and TN visas move faster, often within four to eight weeks from offer to start date. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration and any STEM extension eligibility before setting a target start date with DoorDash's HR team.
