Align your resume to Deloitte's consulting sales language
Deloitte's Sales Enablement Manager roles sit inside its growth and go-to-market functions. Frame your experience around revenue enablement, seller productivity, and client acquisition rather than generic sales ops to pass initial screening.
Identify which Deloitte practice is hiring
Deloitte's Sales Enablement roles are spread across business lines like Consulting, Advisory, and Tax. Target the specific practice that matches your industry background, since hiring managers and sponsorship approval pathways differ by business unit.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles by visa type
Deloitte posts Sales Enablement Manager openings across multiple portals. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles where H-1B, E-3, or EB-2 sponsorship has been confirmed, so you're only applying to positions where sponsorship is actively on the table.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation early
Sales Enablement Manager is typically classified as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation completed before your offer stage to avoid delays in the H-1B petition.
Understand Deloitte's H-1B filing calendar before accepting an offer
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, your start date depends on the USCIS lottery in April and an October 1 start. Confirm with Deloitte's immigration team whether your role qualifies for cap-exempt filing or requires lottery registration to avoid a gap in work authorization.
Ask about EB-2 sponsorship timing during offer negotiation
Deloitte sponsors green cards for eligible staff, but PERM labor certification and I-140 filing timelines vary by role and location. Ask your recruiter directly which EB category applies to Sales Enablement Manager and how many years of tenure are typically required before the process begins.

Find Sales Enablement Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Enablement Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Enablement Manager roles. The position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation in business or marketing, which is the core H-1B requirement. If you need a cap-subject H-1B, your petition would be filed in April for an October 1 start date. Deloitte's in-house immigration team manages the process, so confirm sponsorship availability for your specific business unit during the offer stage.
How do I apply for Sales Enablement Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Apply through Deloitte's careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which filters for Deloitte roles where visa sponsorship has been confirmed. Tailor your application to the specific practice area posting the role, since Deloitte's Sales Enablement function spans Consulting, Advisory, and other business lines. Roles close quickly, so applying within the first week of posting improves your chances of reaching the recruiter screen.
Which visa types does Deloitte sponsor for Sales Enablement Manager roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for nonimmigrant work authorization, covering candidates from most countries, Chileans and Singaporeans, and Australians respectively. For permanent residency, Deloitte has an established EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship program. The visa pathway that applies to you depends on your nationality, your degree, and your career stage within the firm.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Sales Enablement Manager candidates?
Deloitte typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with several years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or revenue operations. Experience within a professional services or consulting environment is a strong differentiator. Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales methodology frameworks, and cross-functional program management is commonly referenced in job descriptions for this role.
How do I know if a specific Sales Enablement Manager opening at Deloitte will include visa sponsorship?
Deloitte does not consistently flag visa sponsorship on every individual job posting, which makes it difficult to confirm eligibility from the listing alone. The safest approach is to raise sponsorship directly with your recruiter in the first conversation. Deloitte's immigration team evaluates sponsorship on a role-by-role basis, so your specific business unit and location can affect the outcome.
