Align your certifications to Deloitte's stack
Deloitte's network roles typically require Cisco, Juniper, or cloud networking certifications like CCNA or CCNP. Holding at least one current, active certification before you apply signals you're ready to contribute without a ramp-up period.
Target Deloitte's technology services hiring verticals
Network Technician openings at Deloitte concentrate in its internal IT and technology infrastructure teams, not client-facing practices. Filtering by these verticals in your search avoids wasted applications to practice areas that rarely post technical infrastructure roles.
Find open Network Technician roles using Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to browse active Network Technician openings at Deloitte that are open to visa sponsorship. The platform surfaces roles verified for sponsorship eligibility, saving you from applying to postings that won't support your visa situation.
Understand Deloitte's PERM timeline for Green Card filing
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, PERM labor certification requires DOL to confirm no qualified U.S. workers were available. This process typically takes 12 to 18 months before USCIS sees the petition, so raise long-term sponsorship expectations early in your conversations with recruiters.
Prepare a network-specific work portfolio before interviews
Deloitte interviewers for Network Technician roles frequently ask about specific infrastructure environments you've managed, including routing protocols, firewalls, and SD-WAN configurations. Documenting concrete past projects strengthens both your candidacy and the specialty occupation case your employer will need for visa filing.

Find Network Technician at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Network Technicians?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Network Technicians and has a consistent track record of filing across technical infrastructure roles. Sponsorship is typically handled by Deloitte's internal immigration team after an offer is extended. Because H-1B status requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, your degree field and job duties need to align with the position description from the outset.
How do I apply for Network Technician jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal at deloitte.com, where you can filter by role type and location. For roles open to visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate also surfaces verified Network Technician openings at Deloitte, which makes it straightforward to identify postings where sponsorship is confirmed. Tailoring your resume to emphasize specific infrastructure technologies Deloitte uses, such as Cisco and cloud networking environments, improves your chances of moving past initial screening.
Which visa types does Deloitte use for Network Technician roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Network Technicians, along with employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The H-1B applies to most nationalities and goes through the annual USCIS lottery. Australian citizens can use the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and renews indefinitely in two-year increments. Chilean and Singaporean nationals may qualify for the H-1B1, which also bypasses the lottery.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Network Technician roles?
Deloitte generally expects a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience in enterprise networking environments. Active certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent cloud networking credentials strengthen your application significantly. Familiarity with network security, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud infrastructure is frequently referenced in Deloitte's technical infrastructure job postings.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at Deloitte?
For H-1B petitions, USCIS standard processing runs three to five months after the October 1 start date, with premium processing available to reduce that to two to three weeks. E-3 and H-1B1 visas processed at a U.S. consulate abroad typically take two to four weeks from interview to approval. Green Card sponsorship through PERM is a longer commitment, often running two years or more from initial filing through final USCIS approval.
