BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in data preparation, data analysis, and statistical toolsets including Advanced SQL, Power BI, Looker, LookML, Advanced Excel. Nice-to-have: GCP, Google Analytics, Python, SAS
- Highly effective at working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Well-developed project & time management skills to manage multiple parallel projects
- Highly effective interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with peer teams and stakeholders

- Leads and contributes to the design, implementation, and management of new analytics and reporting tools and solutions.
- Design automated analytical solutions and produce dashboards to communicate insights effectively across various LOB partners.
- Breaks down complex business problems and analyzes data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Structures data across multiple dimensions and integrates information from various sources to enhance analysis and reporting.
