Target EVERSANA's commercial analytics teams
EVERSANA's market access, HEOR, and commercial analytics divisions consistently bring on candidates with life sciences or quantitative backgrounds. Frame your OPT eligibility around deliverables in those units, not just your degree field, when applying.
Confirm E-Verify enrollment before accepting
STEM OPT's 24-month extension requires your employer to be enrolled in E-Verify. Before signing an offer, verify EVERSANA's active E-Verify participation directly through the E-Verify employer search so your extension eligibility isn't at risk.
Align your resume to specialty occupation standards
EVERSANA later sponsors H-1B for strong performers, and that petition requires a specialty occupation showing. Build your resume now to reflect the degree-to-role connection USCIS looks for, using job titles and responsibilities that map clearly to your field of study.
Use Migrate Mate to identify EVERSANA's sponsorship history
Search EVERSANA on Migrate Mate to review its verified H-1B and EB filing history by role and department. That data tells you which positions have a real path to long-term sponsorship, so you can prioritize applications accordingly.
Research prevailing wages before salary discussions
EVERSANA's H-1B filings require DOL-certified prevailing wages by job title and location. Run your target role through the OFLC Wage Search before negotiating so you understand the wage floor and can assess whether an offer supports a future sponsorship filing.
Ask about OPT-to-H-1B transition during the offer stage
Raise the H-1B sponsorship question directly during offer negotiation, not after you start. EVERSANA's recruiting and HR teams are experienced with international hires, and confirming sponsorship intent early lets both sides plan around the H-1B cap registration window.
EVERSANA OPT Eligibility: Frequently Asked Questions
Does EVERSANA sponsor OPT visas?
EVERSANA hires F-1 students who already hold an OPT EAD issued by USCIS. The company does not file a petition for OPT itself. What matters for STEM OPT holders is that EVERSANA participates in E-Verify, which is the employer requirement that makes the 24-month STEM extension possible.
Which roles at EVERSANA typically hire OPT students?
OPT candidates at EVERSANA most commonly land in commercial analytics, regulatory affairs, medical communications, market access, and data science functions. These teams align well with life sciences, public health, statistics, and business analytics degrees, which are the academic backgrounds EVERSANA's client-facing and operational roles typically require.
How do I confirm EVERSANA will support my STEM OPT extension?
Ask the recruiter or HR contact to confirm E-Verify enrollment before you accept an offer. You can also search EVERSANA independently through the E-Verify employer search tool. Your DSO at your university will need the E-Verify company ID number when processing your STEM OPT extension through SEVIS.
What is the typical timeline from OPT hire to H-1B sponsorship at EVERSANA?
EVERSANA sponsors H-1B for employees who demonstrate performance and role fit, typically after at least one year on the job. H-1B cap registration opens each March for an October 1 start date, so your OPT start date relative to that window determines how much runway you have before a filing is needed.
How do I find open OPT roles at EVERSANA?
Search EVERSANA on Migrate Mate to see roles filtered for employers with active H-1B sponsorship history, which is the strongest signal of OPT-to-H-1B viability. Cross-reference with EVERSANA's careers page and filter for roles matching your degree field to make sure the position supports a specialty occupation determination down the line.
How does EVERSANA hire OPT students?
OPT is work authorization granted directly to F-1 students after graduation — no employer petition is required. EVERSANA can hire OPT students as soon as their EAD card is approved. STEM degree holders can extend OPT by 24 months when their employer is enrolled in E-Verify. Most companies that hire OPT students also support the transition to H-1B when the student's OPT period is ending. Check EVERSANA's individual postings on Migrate Mate to confirm OPT acceptance per role.
