The Sportsbook Senior Analyst will play a critical role in driving VIP and broader Commercial strategy through data-driven insight, performance monitoring, and data driven business recommendations. This role operates at the intersection of analytics and commercial decision-making. Owning key stakeholder relationships and translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve performance, guide internal decision making + prioritization, and improve the customer experience.
This role partners closely with Commercial leadership, VIP Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and regional Commercial teams to ensure we have a clear view of business performance levers via actionable + regularly refreshed insights.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

What we're looking for in our next teammate

- 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or customer intelligence
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of business levers and performance drivers
- Advanced in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Codex)
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and creating clear data visualizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
