Who we are looking for
The team is responsible for developing and launching new data products derived from State Street and third-party data to create value for both the company and its customers. This includes conducting research, generating ideas for new products, defining requirements and roadmaps, collaborating with internal teams to bring products to market, tracking performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and iterating on solutions.
We are seeking a Product Development Analyst, Assistant Vice President to join our team to drive the development roadmap forward to successfully launch new data products. This role requires a combination of market research, technical collaboration, product design, and stakeholder engagement to build and deliver data-driven solutions.

What you will be responsible for
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for new data products. Assist in developing product requirements, user stories, and specifications for new data products.
- Collaborate with data engineers and technology teams to design, prototype, and build data products and analytics tools, working with users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Help integrate and manage market and vendor data, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Implement research data products, such as investor behavior and risk indicators, in partnership with the Global Markets Research team.
- Maintain existing data products and support client deliverables.
- Maintain documentation of product features, data models, and user guidelines.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to data intelligence.

Salary Range:
$175,000 - $175,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
