How to Get Visa Sponsorship in FGM Architects Visa Sponsorship USA
Target architecture and technical design roles
FGM Architects sponsors visas for specialized positions in architecture and design. Focus your applications on roles requiring licensure, technical expertise, or advanced design credentials, these are the positions most likely to qualify for H-1B or TN sponsorship.
Understand the TN visa pathway if you're Canadian or Mexican
FGM Architects sponsors TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professions. Architects and engineers may qualify without lottery exposure, making this a faster alternative to the H-1B for eligible candidates.
Prepare a portfolio that reflects U.S. project experience or standards
Architecture firms evaluate candidates on portfolio quality above almost everything else. Align your work samples with U.S. building codes, project types, and client presentation norms to demonstrate immediate fit with FGM's project pipeline.
Apply early in the H-1B cycle
H-1B sponsorship requires employers to file in April for an October start date. Targeting FGM Architects in the fall or winter hiring season gives both sides enough runway to complete the process. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsors and track open roles early.
Highlight licensed or licensure-track credentials
In construction and real estate, professional licensure matters. Demonstrating that you're ARE-eligible or actively pursuing architectural licensure signals long-term value to FGM Architects and strengthens the case for sponsorship investment.

Does FGM Architects sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, FGM Architects sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in architecture and related technical disciplines. The firm operates in the construction and real estate sector, where specialty occupation roles in design and project management typically meet H-1B eligibility requirements. Candidates should engage early in the hiring cycle to allow sufficient time for filing before the April H-1B registration deadline.
What visa types does FGM Architects sponsor?
FGM Architects sponsors both H-1B and TN visas. The H-1B is available to nationals of any country, while the TN is exclusively for Canadian and Mexican citizens working in qualifying professions such as architecture or engineering. If you're eligible for a TN, it can be a faster path since it bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely.
Which roles at FGM Architects are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at FGM Architects is concentrated in architecture, design, and technical project roles that require specialized education and credentials. Positions such as project architect, designer, and BIM specialist are the most common candidates for H-1B or TN sponsorship. Roles requiring a professional degree in architecture and demonstrable specialty knowledge align best with visa eligibility criteria.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at FGM Architects?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find roles at FGM Architects that come with confirmed sponsorship history. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate filters by real sponsorship data so you can focus your time on employers who have actually filed for international candidates before, rather than guessing from job description language.
How do I approach the application process at FGM Architects as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early in the process. Architecture firms that sponsor visas are accustomed to navigating the process, but they need lead time to coordinate with immigration counsel. Submit a strong portfolio tailored to U.S. project contexts, highlight your specialty credentials, and initiate outreach during the fall or winter to align with the spring H-1B filing window.
