Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you?
Your mission
UiPath is scaling its Healthcare & Life Sciences business across Healthcare Provider organizations — health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory networks — and we are hiring a senior industry leader to help define where the provider market is today, where it is going next, and how UiPath wins repeatedly at scale. This is a hands-on, action-oriented industry role for someone who has lived inside hospitals, health systems, or provider operations and wants to apply that experience to shape executive conversations, inform product direction, and build repeatable, high-impact sales motions. This role does not carry a sales quota and is not a product management role. Success is measured by clarity, repeatability, and impact on growth.
What you'll do at UiPath
Build a clear point of view on the Healthcare Provider market
- Systematically document:
- What health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory networks are doing today
- Common patterns and use cases across provider organizations — from revenue cycle and patient access to clinical operations, care management, and workforce
- Develop a clear, defensible POV on what provider organizations should be doing next to drive repeatable outcomes under margin pressure, workforce shortages, and value-based care demands
- Translate your market POV into clear, repeatable sales plays aligned to specific buyer personas (CFO, CIO, Chief Nursing Officer, VP Revenue Cycle, VP Clinical Operations) and business outcomes
- Equip sales teams with structured narratives that resonate with health system executives
Analyze opportunity size and prioritization
- Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product to:
- Estimate TAM for priority provider use cases and plays (e.g., revenue cycle management, prior authorization, denials management, patient access/scheduling, clinical documentation, care coordination, discharge planning, EHR interoperability)
- Help prioritize functions, workflows, and care settings based on impact, scale, and repeatability to the portfolio
- Provide structured, evidence-based input into product strategy:
- What are the highest-impact areas that will drive business value for health systems and hospitals
Drive executive-level customer engagement
- Engage senior leaders across health systems and provider organizations as a peer advisor
- Contribute to outcome-focused conversations across our provider portfolio
- Be used strategically to drive industry credibility and to accelerate decision-making
What you'll bring to the team
- 10+ years in healthcare, with deep, hands-on experience inside Provider organizations (health systems, hospitals, or ambulatory networks); exposure to Payer, BioPharma, or Medical Device environments is a plus
- Leader with experience in provider-side functions such as Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Care Management, Patient Access, Enterprise IT, or Compliance
- Experience driving or influencing large-scale transformation initiatives inside a health system or hospital environment
- Familiarity with the EHR and interoperability landscape (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner) and provider regulatory/reimbursement dynamics (e.g., CMS, value-based care, HIPAA)
Ideal backgrounds (You may come from:)
- Digital transformation or operational leadership roles inside health systems, hospitals, or ambulatory networks
- Industry strategy or principal roles at healthcare software companies serving Provider organizations
- Healthcare-focused consulting roles with accountability for outcomes in provider settings
What Distinguishes You
- You are action-oriented and comfortable within ambiguity
- You naturally document, structure, and synthesize what you see
- You think in patterns, plays, and leverage points
- You can connect market insight to commercial opportunity
- You influence without needing formal ownership
This Role Is Not
- A quota-carrying sales role, product management role, solution architecture or engineering role, or passive advisory or evangelist position
- This role exists to turn insight into execution
Success looks like
- Clear, documented Healthcare Provider POVs used across the company
- Repeatable sales plays adopted by teams globally
- Product decisions informed by real customer evidence from health systems and hospitals
- Health system executives who view UiPath as a long-term strategic partner
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.

Target automation and software engineering roles first
UiPath's core product is RPA software, so engineering and automation consulting roles drive most of its U.S. hiring. If your background involves software development, solutions architecture, or enterprise automation, you're applying where sponsorship is most common.
Understand that consulting roles follow project-based timelines
UiPath's professional services and consulting teams hire around implementation cycles. Applications for these roles may move faster or slower depending on active client projects, so expect some variability in recruiter responsiveness across the year.
Know which visa category fits your profile before you apply
UiPath sponsors H-1B, Green Card, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. Understanding which category applies to you, and whether your degree and role align, will sharpen your pitch to recruiters and avoid delays during offer negotiations.
Emphasize Green Card track record in long-term conversations
UiPath has a notably strong Green Card sponsorship history relative to its size. If permanent residency is your goal, that's worth raising directly in recruiter conversations, it signals you're thinking long-term and gives you a clear alignment point.
Position your domain expertise in enterprise software or process improvement
UiPath sells to large enterprises across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. Candidates who can speak to industry-specific automation use cases, not just technical skills, are a stronger fit for consulting and pre-sales roles that regularly receive sponsorship.
Browse verified sponsorship data before applying
Not all job postings make visa sponsorship clear upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time by focusing your search on companies like UiPath that have a demonstrated commitment to sponsoring international candidates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does UiPath sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, UiPath sponsors H-1B visas. The company has used the H-1B program to bring on international talent across software engineering and technical roles. While Green Card sponsorship makes up the larger share of UiPath's overall visa activity, H-1B remains an active pathway for qualified candidates entering or already working in the U.S.
What visa types does UiPath sponsor?
UiPath sponsors H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, and TN visas. Green Card sponsorship represents a significant portion of UiPath's immigration activity, which is a strong indicator of long-term investment in international employees. F-1 OPT is an accessible entry point for recent graduates in technical fields before transitioning to H-1B.
Which roles at UiPath are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Software engineers, automation consultants, solutions architects, and technical pre-sales roles are the positions most closely tied to UiPath's core product and revenue, and therefore most likely to receive sponsorship. UiPath's professional services team also hires internationally for enterprise implementation roles, which frequently involve H-1B and Green Card pathways for skilled candidates with relevant domain expertise.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at UiPath?
Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers including UiPath, so you can browse current openings and confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying. Search by visa type to filter for H-1B or Green Card roles specifically. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship availability only after an initial recruiter screen.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting UiPath for H-1B sponsorship?
If you're aiming for cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, the registration window opens in March for an October 1 start date, so you'll need an offer and a willing employer well before then. UiPath's hiring cycles in consulting and engineering tend to track product roadmaps and client demand, meaning strong hiring periods often align with early Q1 and post-summer. Apply early, discuss sponsorship intent clearly, and confirm the role qualifies as a specialty occupation under your degree field.
