Target operations and facilities roles
SBM's core business is facilities management and outsourced business support, so sponsored roles tend to sit in operations, project management, and service delivery. Focus your applications on positions where technical or specialized qualifications are clearly required.
Highlight specialty occupation credentials
H-1B sponsorship requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation. For a business support company like SBM, emphasize your degree's direct relevance to the specific position, not just your industry experience, to strengthen your candidacy.
Engage early in the H-1B lottery cycle
If you need H-1B sponsorship, approach SBM well before the March registration window. Employers in business services often make sponsorship decisions based on how critical the hire is, so giving them time to evaluate is essential.
Be direct about your visa needs upfront
Business support companies evaluate sponsorship case by case. When reaching out or applying, be transparent about your visa situation early so hiring managers can align with HR, rather than raising it after an offer is extended.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsoring employers
Finding companies with a confirmed sponsorship history saves time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on employers like SBM that have actually filed before.

Find SBM Management Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SBM Management Services sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, SBM Management Services does sponsor H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history in the H-1B program, primarily for roles that qualify as specialty occupations. Candidates with degrees directly relevant to the position they're applying for, particularly in operations or technical support functions, are the strongest fit for H-1B sponsorship at SBM.
What visa types does SBM Management Services sponsor?
SBM Management Services sponsors H-1B visas, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range makes the company accessible to a broad set of international candidates, including current students on CPT, recent graduates on OPT, and Canadian or Mexican nationals eligible for TN status in qualifying professional roles.
What types of roles at SBM Management Services are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given SBM's focus on facilities management and business support outsourcing, sponsored roles tend to be concentrated in operations, project management, technical services, and support functions that require specialized education or training. Generalist or entry-level roles with no specific degree requirement are less likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship under the specialty occupation standard.
How do I apply for a job at SBM Management Services as an international candidate?
Start by identifying open roles that match your qualifications and visa type. Apply directly through SBM's careers page, and address your visa status clearly in your application or initial conversation. If you're on F-1 OPT or CPT, note your authorization dates. For H-1B or TN candidates, flag your eligibility early so the hiring team can coordinate with HR on sponsorship feasibility.
How do I find current visa-sponsored jobs at SBM Management Services?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find open roles at companies with verified sponsorship histories like SBM Management Services. You can filter by visa type, industry, and sponsorship track record to surface positions that are actually available to international candidates, cutting out companies that claim to sponsor but rarely follow through.
