May perform routine equipment maintenance or basic troubleshooting on production and finishing equipment. Additional duties include bindery support, QC and final inspections, file and document services, customer service functions, and reception coverage as needed. Due to the higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer interaction required—including occasional front‑desk or telephone coverage—employees performing this role are classified as Senior On‑Site Services Specialists. This position reports directly to the Site Manager.

- Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors
