Target data and technology roles first
TransUnion's core business in credit data and analytics means its strongest sponsorship activity is concentrated in software engineering, data science, and product roles. Focus your application on teams where specialized technical skills are in highest demand.
Highlight business impact, not just technical skills
As a data-driven company in business support and outsourcing, TransUnion values candidates who connect technical work to measurable outcomes. Framing your experience around business results strengthens your case as a sponsorable hire.
Engage recruiters early about sponsorship
TransUnion has an active sponsorship track record, but timelines for H-1B or Green Card processes require early planning. Raising sponsorship during the initial recruiter screen helps both sides assess fit before significant time is invested.
Research roles across TransUnion's global business units
TransUnion operates across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and tenant screening verticals. Sponsorship opportunities exist across multiple business units, so casting a wide net by function rather than limiting to one division increases your chances.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship roles
Not every open role at TransUnion explicitly mentions sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsor companies so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which TransUnion postings align with your visa type and career goals.
