Job Roles at Framestore Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Framestore Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical and creative production roles
Framestore's sponsorship activity is concentrated in specialized creative and technical positions. Focus your application on roles requiring advanced VFX, motion design, or creative technology skills, these are the profiles that have historically driven their sponsorship pipeline.
Understand the H-1B timeline before applying
Framestore sponsors H-1B visas, which are subject to the annual lottery each April. If you're targeting a role there, time your outreach and applications to align with their hiring cycle ahead of the H-1B registration window in March.
Green Card pathways are on the table
Framestore has pursued Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, signaling long-term investment in international employees. If permanent residency matters to your career plan, this is a company worth pursuing seriously in the marketing and advertising space.
Emphasize niche expertise, not just broad skills
In marketing and advertising, Framestore competes for highly specialized talent. Applications that highlight a distinct technical or creative niche, compositing, real-time rendering, immersive media, stand out far more than generalist portfolios in this industry.
Build your pipeline around verified sponsors
Not every employer in marketing and advertising will sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to focus your energy on companies like Framestore that have an active track record.
Treat your portfolio as part of your visa case
Framestore operates in a field where a strong portfolio directly supports specialty occupation arguments for H-1B eligibility. A well-documented body of work demonstrating advanced creative or technical skill strengthens both your job application and the sponsorship petition itself.

Does Framestore sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Framestore sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record in the marketing and advertising industry, with H-1B filings representing the majority of their visa activity. Roles in creative production, VFX, and technical disciplines are most likely to be sponsored. Because the H-1B is subject to an annual lottery, timing your application process with their hiring cycle is important.
What types of visas does Framestore sponsor?
Framestore sponsors both temporary and permanent work visas, including the H-1B for specialty occupation workers and Green Card pathways through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories. The H-1B makes up the bulk of their sponsorship activity, but their willingness to pursue Green Card sponsorship signals that they invest in international talent for the long term, not just short-term project needs.
Which roles or departments at Framestore are most likely to be sponsored?
Sponsorship at Framestore tends to align with their core business in high-end visual effects and creative production. Technical roles such as compositors, CG artists, pipeline developers, and creative technologists are strong candidates. Roles that require a specific degree in a related field and demonstrable advanced expertise carry the most straightforward path to H-1B specialty occupation qualification within the company.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Framestore?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find visa-sponsored openings at companies like Framestore. It filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you're not guessing which employers will actually support your visa. Search for Framestore specifically or browse marketing and advertising employers with an active H-1B track record to identify opportunities aligned with your background.
How do I time my application to Framestore around the H-1B process?
The H-1B lottery registration opens in March each year, with approved petitions taking effect October 1. To be ready, you'd ideally be interviewing and receiving an offer between December and February. Framestore would need to file your petition in April for the cap. Starting your outreach four to six months before the registration window gives both you and the employer enough runway to move through the hiring process.
