Job Roles at Highgate Hotels
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Highgate Hotels Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target corporate and specialized roles
Green Card sponsorship at Highgate Hotels is more common in corporate functions like finance, accounting, and technology than in front-line hospitality positions. Focus your search on headquarters or regional office roles to improve your chances.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Highgate Hotels initiates Green Card sponsorship through the PERM process, where the company must advertise your role before filing. Understanding this timeline helps you set realistic expectations and prepare documentation well in advance of filing.
Build relationships with HR and immigration contacts
At hospitality companies like Highgate, Green Card sponsorship decisions often involve direct manager advocacy. Proactively building relationships with HR and clearly communicating your long-term commitment to the company can influence whether sponsorship is offered.
Filter for verified Green Card sponsors before applying
Not every Highgate Hotels job listing will lead to Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize roles where permanent residency support is genuinely available.
Align your visa category with your career trajectory
Highgate Hotels has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards depending on the role's educational requirements. Understanding which category fits your background before applying helps you have a more productive conversation with the company's immigration team.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Highgate Hotels sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Highgate Hotels does sponsor Green Card visas for eligible employees. Sponsorship is generally reserved for specialized or corporate roles rather than entry-level hospitality positions, and it typically follows a period of employment on a nonimmigrant work visa such as the H-1B or E-3. Sponsorship is employer-initiated, so there is no formal application process for candidates to trigger independently.
Which roles at Highgate Hotels are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Highgate Hotels is most commonly associated with corporate and professional functions, including finance, accounting, revenue management, and information technology. Roles requiring specialized degrees or expertise tend to qualify under EB-2 or EB-3 preference categories. Front-of-house and hourly hospitality positions are far less likely to be sponsored for permanent residency.
How do I start the Green Card process at Highgate Hotels?
The Green Card process at Highgate Hotels begins with the employer, not the employee. Once you are in a qualifying role and have demonstrated value to the company, you would work with HR and Highgate's immigration counsel to initiate PERM labor certification. The company advertises the position, files with the Department of Labor, and then proceeds to the I-140 immigrant petition if PERM is approved.
How long does the Green Card process take at Highgate Hotels?
The timeline depends on your visa category and country of birth. PERM labor certification alone can take six months to over a year. Once approved, EB-2 and EB-3 processing times vary significantly based on visa bulletin backlogs, particularly for applicants born in India or China. Most employees should plan for a multi-year process from initiation to receiving a Green Card.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Highgate Hotels?
The most effective approach is to search specifically for Highgate Hotels roles that are tied to verified sponsorship activity. Migrate Mate tracks real Green Card sponsorship history by employer, so you can confirm Highgate's sponsorship patterns and apply to roles where permanent residency support is a realistic outcome rather than an assumption. Focus on corporate and specialized openings for the strongest fit.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Highgate Hotels?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
