About The Role
We're looking for someone who's deeply passionate about leveraging hospitality technology to redefine what it means to be a guest. As Chief of Staff, you'll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in helping the organization evolve from its current stage to the next phase of scale. You'll drive operational efficiency, streamline communication, and ensure alignment across teams to support our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, highly organized leader who can manage multiple priorities and execute initiatives alongside several executives with minimal guidance. You should be an exceptional communicator, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and eager to collaborate across all departments to keep the organization moving forward efficiently and effectively. This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters 5 days a week. The base salary for this role will range from $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Establish company-wide metrics/KPIs to drive alignment and clear objectives.
- Own investor relations: maintain reporting cadence, communications, and community-building with existing and prospective investors.
- Partner with executives to digitize/systematize processes, reducing manual work and improving scalability.
- Partner with the CEO to manage the P&L: support disciplined capital allocation and identify levers to increase profitability.
- Lead strategic initiatives that deepen product value for guests and hotel partners.
- Oversee strategic initiatives end-to-end from scoping through execution while guiding senior leadership.
- Build analytics and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into day-to-day operations.
- Partner with HR/People on hiring plans and employee matters.
- Review, design, and implement organizational structure improvements to close skill and knowledge gaps.
- Serve as the point person for company-wide inquiries; develop action plans and drive project management and communications.
- Support executive leadership with decision-making, program management, and implementation.
- Plan and run executive meetings, offsites, and board meetings.
Who You Are
We encourage candidates to apply even if they don't have 100% of the below qualifications. We believe in a holistic approach when evaluating talent for our team and post new roles often, so even if this role isn't quite right, we want to meet you!
- 2+ years in an operator and/or strategy role working closely with executives/C-suite.
- 6+ years total experience in one or more of: management consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations at a fast-growing tech startup.
- High EQ with the ability to adapt communication styles; adept at building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships across executives and investors.
- Proven track record organizing and coordinating across multiple teams/departments.
- Strong project management experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience with revenue operations and budget management.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- You're a good person. While building a startup is hard, being a good person is not. We're building a team you'd genuinely look forward to working with every day. While we offer incredible experiences to our guests, it is just as important to us to foster an incredible culture for our employees.

Target roles at the intersection of tech and hospitality
ResortPass blends travel-tech with hospitality operations, so roles in engineering, product, and data are most likely to attract sponsorship consideration. Focus your application on skills that serve a digitally-driven hospitality platform.
Understand which visa types ResortPass sponsors
ResortPass has pursued Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. If you're seeking employer-sponsored permanent residence rather than a temporary work visa, this aligns well with the company's demonstrated sponsorship history.
Position yourself for the long-term immigration pathway
Green Card sponsorship reflects a long-term commitment from an employer. Highlight your intent to build a career in hospitality technology, not just fill a short-term role, to show alignment with ResortPass's sponsorship investment.
Research the hospitality-tech hiring cycle
Hospitality companies often ramp hiring ahead of peak travel seasons. Timing your application to align with ResortPass's growth periods can improve your chances of landing in a role with sponsorship potential.
Filter for verified sponsors before you apply
Not every company listing a role will sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to find ResortPass openings alongside other confirmed Green Card sponsors.
Emphasize domain expertise in hospitality or travel technology
ResortPass operates in a specialized niche within hospitality and tourism. Candidates who can speak to industry-specific challenges, such as resort distribution, booking UX, or partner integrations, stand out over generalist applicants.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does ResortPass sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, ResortPass has not filed H-1B visa petitions in recent years. The company's sponsorship activity has focused on Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 classifications. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it's worth clarifying directly with ResortPass's recruiting team before investing significant time in the application process.
What visa types does ResortPass sponsor?
ResortPass has sponsored employees for permanent residence through the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. These pathways are employer-driven and typically require the company to complete PERM labor certification before filing an immigrant petition. This suggests ResortPass is open to supporting long-term immigration commitments for qualified candidates in eligible roles.
Which departments or roles at ResortPass are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given ResortPass's profile as a hospitality technology platform, sponsorship is most likely to occur in technical and specialized roles such as software engineering, product management, data, and potentially operations. Roles requiring niche expertise that's difficult to source domestically are generally stronger candidates for employer-sponsored Green Card support under EB-2 or EB-3.
How do I find open visa-sponsored roles at ResortPass?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find ResortPass openings alongside verified sponsorship data in one place. Rather than cross-referencing multiple sources, you can filter specifically for employers with confirmed Green Card or work visa sponsorship history, so you know a company is a real sponsor before you apply.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Green Card sponsorship at ResortPass?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is a multi-step process that typically begins only after you've been hired and settled into a role. Expect PERM labor certification, employer petition filing, and visa queue wait times to extend the overall timeline significantly. Start conversations about sponsorship intent early in the interview process so both sides have aligned expectations before an offer is made.
