Job Roles at Hilton Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Hilton Visa Sponsorship USA
Target operational and seasonal roles
Hilton's U.S. sponsorship activity is concentrated in operational positions that support hotel functions. Focus your search on roles in housekeeping, food service, and facilities where Hilton has a consistent history of sponsoring temporary work visas.
Understand the H-2B visa timeline
Hilton sponsors H-2B visas, which follow a seasonal hiring cycle tied to federal cap periods. Applications open months in advance, so start your search early and be prepared to move quickly once positions are listed.
Apply through Hilton's direct careers portal
Hilton posts sponsored roles through its own careers site. Applying directly signals genuine interest and keeps your application in the employer's own pipeline, which matters for time-sensitive H-2B positions with fixed start dates.
Filter for verified sponsors on Migrate Mate
Not every hospitality listing leads to actual sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus only on Hilton openings with a confirmed track record of filing for work visas.
Highlight hospitality experience in your application
H-2B sponsorship at Hilton is closely tied to demonstrated experience in hospitality operations. Tailor your resume and cover letter to emphasize hands-on roles in hotels, resorts, or food service to match what Hilton recruiters prioritize.
Be ready for location-specific opportunities
Hilton's sponsored roles are often concentrated in specific properties rather than available chain-wide. Research which Hilton properties in the U.S. have active hiring needs and be flexible about location to maximize your chances of landing a sponsored position.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Hilton sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available filing data, Hilton's U.S. visa sponsorship is concentrated in the H-2B category rather than H-1B. H-2B covers temporary nonagricultural workers in roles like hospitality and food service. Job seekers looking for H-1B sponsorship in the hospitality sector may find stronger options at corporate or technology-focused employers.
What types of visas does Hilton sponsor?
Hilton sponsors H-2B visas for temporary workers in its U.S. hotel operations. These visas support roles in housekeeping, food and beverage service, and general property operations. The H-2B category is designed for seasonal or peak-need positions, which aligns with the fluctuating staffing demands of a large hospitality company like Hilton.
Which departments or roles at Hilton are most likely to be sponsored?
Hilton's sponsored roles tend to be concentrated in front-line operational departments, including housekeeping, laundry, kitchen operations, and food service. These are the areas where hospitality companies most commonly rely on H-2B workers to meet seasonal demand, particularly at resort and full-service hotel properties during peak travel periods.
How do I find Hilton job openings that include visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Hilton roles with verified sponsorship history, since it filters listings by actual visa filing data rather than employer self-reporting. You can also check Hilton's direct careers portal and look specifically for job postings that mention H-2B visa sponsorship or temporary work authorization in the role description.
How do I time my application for a Hilton sponsored position?
H-2B visas are subject to a federal cap with two filing windows each fiscal year. Hilton typically begins recruiting for sponsored roles well before the cap filing dates, so starting your search three to six months ahead of your target start date is advisable. Late applications risk missing both the employer's internal timeline and the federal cap availability.
