Target seasonal hiring cycles
Ocean Reef Club's H-2B sponsorship follows the resort's seasonal demand patterns. Apply well before peak season openings, H-2B petitions require DOL certification months in advance, so early applications significantly improve your chances of being included.
Focus on roles that match H-2B hiring patterns
Ocean Reef Club primarily sponsors through H-2B, which covers temporary non-agricultural workers. Target roles in housekeeping, food and beverage, groundskeeping, and front-of-house operations, these departments align most closely with the club's recurring sponsorship activity.
Understand the H-2B process before you apply
H-2B sponsorship requires your employer to demonstrate seasonal or temporary need. Knowing this helps you frame your application around the club's peak operational periods and show you're familiar with the visa's temporary-worker requirements.
Emphasize luxury hospitality experience
Ocean Reef Club serves a high-end private membership clientele. Candidates with experience in fine dining, luxury accommodations, or private club environments stand out. Highlight any premium service credentials or resort-level hospitality roles prominently in your application materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Ocean Reef Club sponsor H-1B visas?
Ocean Reef Club does not have a history of sponsoring H-1B visas. Its sponsorship activity is concentrated in the H-2B visa program, which is designed for temporary, seasonal workers in industries like hospitality and tourism. If you require H-1B sponsorship, Ocean Reef Club is unlikely to be the right fit, and you should target employers in sectors with higher H-1B filing volumes.
What visa types does Ocean Reef Club sponsor?
Ocean Reef Club sponsors the H-2B visa, a nonimmigrant classification for temporary non-agricultural workers. This visa is well suited to the hospitality industry, where seasonal demand drives workforce needs. The club uses H-2B sponsorship to staff its resort operations during high-demand periods, making it one of the more active H-2B sponsors in the luxury hospitality sector.
Which departments or roles at Ocean Reef Club are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
H-2B sponsorship at Ocean Reef Club tends to be concentrated in operational departments that scale with seasonal guest volume. Housekeeping, food and beverage service, culinary support, groundskeeping, and front desk operations are the most common areas. Candidates with hands-on experience in these functions at a resort or private club setting are best positioned for sponsored roles.
How do I find open sponsored positions at Ocean Reef Club?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find verified sponsorship opportunities at Ocean Reef Club. You can search by company name and filter for H-2B roles, giving you a clear view of which positions are tied to active sponsorship. Because H-2B openings fill quickly within seasonal windows, checking regularly and applying early is important once listings go live.
How do I time my application to align with Ocean Reef Club's H-2B hiring process?
H-2B sponsorship requires the employer to complete a Department of Labor certification before USCIS can approve the petition, which means the hiring timeline starts months before the actual work period begins. For Ocean Reef Club, this typically means applications and internal selection happen well ahead of peak season. Reaching out early, having your paperwork in order, and demonstrating relevant luxury hospitality experience will put you in the strongest position.
