Full Stack Software Engineer | Build the Future of AI-Assisted Engineering
Location: Remote (Preferred: Boston, Chicago, Tampa; must overlap with US Eastern/Central Time)
Type: Full-Time
The Opportunity: Ship Fast, Simple, and Smart
We are an early-stage company moving fast to deliver a category-defining multi-app platform designed to unify networking, workflow, and productivity. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who wants to do more than just check tickets. You will be a hands-on architect of our systems, helping us stabilize existing applications while spinning up new features from scratch. In this role, you will lean heavily on AI tools (like Claude Code and Devin) to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and prototype at a speed traditional teams can't match. If you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving product cycles and want your work to hit production on a weekly cadence, this is the place for you.
Our Engineering Culture
AI as a Teammate: We don't just use AI; we experiment with it daily to code, test, and generate documentation.
Quality First: We build stable, reliable systems because speed matters—but never at the cost of user trust.
Simplicity Over Cleverness: We aim for straightforward solutions that are easy to understand, debug, and extend.
Bias to Action: We prefer small, shippable increments over "big-bang" releases.
True Collaboration:* You’ll work hand-in-hand with product and customer success teams—no silos.
What You’ll Own & Execute
Full-Stack Development: Build out features using our "vanilla" AI-friendly stack: React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL.
System Architecture: Help unify multiple applications into one consistent, scalable architecture.
CI/CD Mastery: Set up and refine deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
AI Integration: Actively use AI tools for coding, testing, and prototyping as a core part of your daily workflow.
Direct Leadership Access:* Work directly with the CTO and CEO to shape the product and technical roadmap.
Who You Are
The Experienced Builder: You have solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js/Express.
Ambiguity Specialist: You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you need to iterate quickly.
AI Enthusiast: You are genuinely excited about leveraging AI to build software faster and smarter.
Pragmatic Problem Solver: You prioritize execution and clarity over endless planning and are willing to dive in wherever the team needs you most.
Tech Foundations:* Familiarity with AWS (Beanstalk/ECS), Auth0, and PostgreSQL is preferred.
Why Join Us?
Immediate Impact: In our small team, you will have meaningful ownership and visibility from day one.
Define the Future: Help us establish the best practices for AI-assisted engineering.
Visible Progress: Experience the satisfaction of weekly or bi-weekly releases and fast iteration.
Build to Scale: Play a foundational role in building systems that will scale alongside the company.

Job Roles at PrismHR
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in PrismHR Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and product roles first
PrismHR's Green Card sponsorship activity is concentrated in software engineering, product management, and data roles. Prioritize applications to these departments, as corporate and generalist positions are far less likely to include Green Card support.
Clarify sponsorship intent early in the process
PrismHR sponsors Green Cards selectively, so ask about sponsorship willingness during the recruiter screen, not after an offer. Framing it as a long-term commitment question tends to land better than a direct immigration ask.
Demonstrate alignment with PrismHR's HR tech mission
PrismHR builds payroll and benefits software for the human resources industry. Candidates who can connect their technical skills to HR domain problems, like benefits administration or compliance workflows, stand out and make the sponsorship investment easier to justify.
Use a verified sponsor database to find open roles
Not every PrismHR job listing will advertise Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which open roles at PrismHR are most likely to include Green Card support.

Does PrismHR sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, PrismHR does sponsor Green Card visas. The company files under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, primarily for roles in software engineering, product, and related technical functions. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every position, so it is worth confirming Green Card support during the hiring process before accepting an offer.
Which roles at PrismHR are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at PrismHR is most common in technical departments, including software engineering, product management, and data. These roles align with PrismHR's core business of building HR technology platforms. Non-technical roles in sales, customer success, or general administration are less frequently sponsored for Green Cards.
How does the Green Card application process work at PrismHR?
PrismHR typically initiates the Green Card process through PERM labor certification, which requires the company to demonstrate that no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role. After PERM is approved, PrismHR files an immigrant petition on your behalf. The timeline from start to finish spans several years, so starting the conversation early in your tenure is important.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through PrismHR?
The total timeline depends on your country of birth and the EB category your role falls under. For most nationalities, EB-2 and EB-3 cases move through PERM and petition stages within one to three years. However, applicants born in India or China face much longer waits due to per-country visa backlogs that extend well beyond a decade in some cases.
How do I improve my chances of getting Green Card sponsorship at PrismHR?
Build a strong performance record in a technical role before raising the Green Card conversation, and make the business case clear: sponsoring you is a retention investment, not just a cost. Migrate Mate can help you identify which PrismHR positions have historically come with sponsorship support, so you apply to the right roles from the start. Confirm sponsorship intent explicitly before signing any offer.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at PrismHR?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
