Job Roles at Urban Infraconstruction
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Urban Infraconstruction Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and engineering roles
Urban Infraconstruction's Green Card sponsorship is concentrated in roles requiring specialized credentials. Civil engineers, structural designers, and project engineers with field experience in construction and real estate infrastructure are the strongest candidates for sponsored permanent residence.
Establish yourself on an H-1B or TN first
Green Card sponsorship at Urban Infraconstruction typically follows a period of nonimmigrant employment. Starting on an H-1B or TN visa lets you demonstrate value before the company commits to the longer PERM labor certification and immigrant petition process.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship in construction involves a lengthy PERM process with the Department of Labor. Expect recruitment, audit risk, and multi-year waits before your priority date becomes current. Raise this timeline with your hiring manager early in discussions.
Highlight project-specific expertise in your application
Urban Infraconstruction operates in a specialized niche. Demonstrating expertise in infrastructure projects, site management, or real estate development signals that your skills aren't easily sourced domestically, which directly supports the employer's PERM recruitment justification.
Search for open roles with verified Green Card sponsorship
Not every job posting at Urban Infraconstruction will mention Green Card explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify roles where sponsorship is a realistic part of the offer.
Ask about sponsorship commitment during the offer stage
Green Card sponsorship in construction and real estate is employer-driven and discretionary. Before accepting an offer from Urban Infraconstruction, confirm in writing that the role includes a commitment to sponsor permanent residence and clarify which EB category applies.

Does Urban Infraconstruction sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Urban Infraconstruction sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. Sponsorship is typically offered to workers in technical and engineering roles where the company has an ongoing need. It is not offered universally across all positions, so confirming sponsorship intent at the offer stage is important for any candidate pursuing permanent residence.
Which roles at Urban Infraconstruction are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Urban Infraconstruction is most commonly tied to specialized roles in construction management, civil and structural engineering, and real estate development. Positions that require specific technical credentials or project experience are stronger candidates for sponsorship than general administrative or support roles, where domestic hiring is typically straightforward.
How does the Green Card application process work at Urban Infraconstruction?
Urban Infraconstruction would typically sponsor employees through the EB-2 or EB-3 employment-based preference categories, beginning with the PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor. Once PERM is approved, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. When your priority date becomes current, you can file for adjustment of status or go through consular processing.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through Urban Infraconstruction?
The timeline depends heavily on your country of birth and the EB category used. PERM labor certification alone can take one to two years, and Indian and Chinese nationals face significant priority date backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories that can extend the total process by many years. Nationals from other countries typically see faster movement through the queue.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Urban Infraconstruction?
Start by searching for open roles in construction, engineering, and real estate development at Urban Infraconstruction. Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers so you can confirm Green Card sponsorship history before applying, which saves time compared to applying blindly. When you reach the interview stage, ask directly whether the specific role includes Green Card sponsorship as part of the compensation package.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Urban Infraconstruction?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
