Make an Impact
Join our Financial Data & Analytics team as a Senior Data Engineer, where your work directly improves how the business operates. In this role, you won’t just build data workflows—you’ll help shape how teams understand their data, adopt new processes, and make more informed decisions.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys partnering with people, communicating with stakeholders, and guiding business teams through data‑driven changes. You’ll support and enhance our Azure-based data environment, help deliver reliable reporting, and make sure business partners have what they need to be successful.
If you’re a relationship‑focused data professional who likes improving processes and helping others navigate change, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and business partners to understand needs and translate them into actionable data workflows.
- Support and optimize existing Azure Data Factory pipelines and related Azure data tools.
- Contribute to reliable, report‑ready Power BI datasets and refresh processes.
- Help the business adopt new processes by proactively communicating changes and impacts.
- Assist with documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with a collaborative, cross‑trained team that values flexibility, communication, and shared ownership.
What You Should Bring
We’re looking for someone with practical, hands-on experience and a collaborative mindset—someone who understands why changes are and/or are not needed and can communicate it clearly. The ideal candidate brings:
- 3–7 years of experience working with data engineering, analytics, or data operations in a business environment.
- 1–3 years hands-on with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL/ELT tools (enhancing, supporting, or monitoring pipelines).
- 1–2 years working with or supporting Power BI datasets, semantic models, or refresh patterns.
- 2–5 years of SQL experience for data transformations, queries, or logic building.
-
At least 2 years partnering directly with business stakeholders—gathering requirements, clarifying needs, or communicating changes.
-
Strong communicator who can translate business needs into data tasks and clearly explain why decisions are made.
- Comfortable working with abstract ideas, logic, and business-context problem solving.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
- Experience supporting change management—communicating impacts, managing expectations, and ensuring successful adoption.
- Business curiosity and the ability to build trust with finance, operations, and cross‑functional partners.
- Nice to have: familiarity with financial data (transactions, ledgers, reporting, etc.) or experience in financial services (preferred, not required).
What You Can Join
You’ll join a highly engaged, collaborative, and experienced team that works well together and supports one another. The team values communication, trust, and cross‑training. You’ll report to a high‑trust manager who empowers team members to take ownership of their work. This environment is perfect for someone who:
- Likes working with people as much as data.
- Enjoys improving processes.
- Wants autonomy and room to grow.
- Appreciates a team that collaborates and learns from each other.

Target roles at the intersection of finance and real estate
Bridge Investment Group hires for specialized roles across investment management, acquisitions, and asset operations. Positions requiring quantitative or financial expertise in real estate contexts are most likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship under the specialty occupation standard.
Highlight real estate domain knowledge in your application
Bridge operates in a specialized niche where industry fluency matters. Candidates who can demonstrate familiarity with real estate investment structures, asset classes, or construction finance are more likely to clear the specialty occupation threshold for visa sponsorship.
Start your search with verified sponsorship data
Not all real estate firms sponsor visas, and Bridge's track record sets it apart. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on companies that have actually filed for candidates in your visa category.
Consider Green Card timing early in the conversation
Bridge has sponsored both H-1B and permanent residence pathways, so if long-term U.S. residency is your goal, it's worth understanding whether a role has a Green Card track. Raise this during the offer stage, not after you've already started.
Prepare for a structured, institutional hiring process
As an established investment firm, Bridge runs a deliberate hiring process. Sponsorship decisions are typically made alongside offer approval, so having your visa status and authorization timeline clearly documented before interviews will prevent delays on both sides.

Roles that require specialized financial, analytical, or technical expertise in a real estate context are the most common pathway to H-1B sponsorship at Bridge.
Which visa types does Bridge Investment Group sponsor?
Bridge Investment Group sponsors H-1B and TN visas for nonimmigrant workers, and supports F-1 OPT and CPT holders during their authorized training periods. For longer-term pathways, Bridge also sponsors Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, making it a viable option for candidates pursuing permanent U.S. residency.
What types of roles at Bridge Investment Group typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Bridge tends to be concentrated in roles with specialized knowledge requirements, particularly those tied to real estate investment, financial analysis, asset management, and acquisitions. Positions that clearly map to a specific degree field and require advanced technical or quantitative skills are the strongest candidates for H-1B qualification under the specialty occupation standard.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Bridge Investment Group?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find visa-sponsored roles at Bridge Investment Group. The platform aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can see which companies have actually filed for candidates in your visa category and filter open positions accordingly, rather than guessing based on company size or reputation alone.
How do I approach the application process at Bridge Investment Group as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early in the process. Bridge operates as an institutional investment firm with structured hiring cycles, so sponsorship decisions are made alongside headcount approvals rather than improvised at the offer stage. Coming prepared with clear documentation of your current status, work authorization timeline, and any upcoming deadlines helps hiring managers advocate for your sponsorship internally.
