How to Get Visa Sponsorship in High Performance Academy Visa Sponsorship USA
Align your expertise with high-performance sports science
High Performance Academy hires in a specialized niche. Candidates with backgrounds in sports science, strength and conditioning, athletic coaching, or performance analytics are best positioned to qualify for specialty occupation status under an H-1B sponsorship.
Target roles that clearly require a specific degree
H-1B eligibility depends on the job qualifying as a specialty occupation. Focus your application on roles where a bachelor's degree in a specific field, such as exercise science or kinesiology, is explicitly required, not just preferred.
Apply early and account for H-1B lottery timing
H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a cap that resets each fiscal year. Plan your job search and application timeline well in advance, so an offer can be in place before the April registration window opens.
Demonstrate specialized knowledge that's hard to source domestically
Employers in Sports & Recreation often face scrutiny on sponsorship approvals. Highlight certifications, elite-level coaching experience, or research credentials that demonstrate your skills aren't easily replicated by the local U.S. labor market.
Search for open roles on a platform that tracks real sponsorship history
Not every job board shows whether a company has actually sponsored visas before. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus on companies like High Performance Academy with a confirmed track record.

Does High Performance Academy sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, High Performance Academy sponsors H-1B visas. The company has filed H-1B petitions for skilled international workers in the Sports & Recreation sector. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so candidates should focus on positions that clearly require a degree-level specialty and proactively discuss sponsorship availability during the application process.
What other visa types does High Performance Academy sponsor?
Beyond H-1B, High Performance Academy has sponsored F-1 OPT workers, making it accessible to recent international graduates completing their Optional Practical Training. The company has also sponsored TN visas, which are available to qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals working in eligible professional occupations. Candidates should confirm current sponsorship availability directly with the hiring team.
Which roles or departments are most likely to receive visa sponsorship at High Performance Academy?
Sponsorship at High Performance Academy tends to support roles in coaching, sports science, athletic performance, and program development, where specialized academic credentials and hands-on expertise are required. Positions that demand a specific degree field, such as exercise science, physiology, or sports psychology, are more likely to qualify as specialty occupations eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at High Performance Academy?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find roles at employers with a confirmed sponsorship track record. You can filter by company, visa type, and industry to surface active openings at High Performance Academy alongside other verified sponsors in the Sports & Recreation space, saving time compared to manually vetting each employer.
How do I approach the application process if I need H-1B sponsorship from High Performance Academy?
Start your search well before the H-1B lottery registration window, which typically opens in March for an October 1 start date. Secure a job offer early, ensure the role qualifies as a specialty occupation, and be transparent about your sponsorship needs from the first conversation. Candidates who arrive with documentation of their credentials and a clear understanding of the H-1B process tend to progress more smoothly through hiring.
